I paid for a membership last month - Waste of $ . Should have read the reviews. I am a successful 65 yo male actor, who thoroughly created (and double checked) my profile to ensure only appropriate roles pop up. Over the past month I have only been matched with 2 roles.: a 40 yo female and a role for Chicago locals only - I am from Boston. On Casting Networks, Actor's Access and Backstage I get numereous appropriate roles for submission each day.
Absolutely awful website.

Says password is incorrect - after multiple resets still not working. However it allows my entry into the support section through my password???
Today I have tried the password reset - it says I don't have an account. When I try to re-register it says I am already registered !!! I have had many wasted hours on this. Support emails are unhelpful and generic.
Now I have one extremely disappointed HP fan after all the effort that was put into the video :-(
Worst website I've ever encountered. Once you eventually get to the page to upload the videos you get 'error' messages almost constantly. Then on the slight chance you manage to get the vids uploaded, you're only one click away, finally, to submitting the entry and it then comes back with a 'process not complete' message. At this point you're kicked back to the start and need to start again. Btw this is when the site is quiet. Absolutely garbage.
Worst website ever. I have finally managed to register my child for the open audition for the Harry Potter TV series.
Next, the website informs me that I have to pay a $5 fee to upload the relevant videos. Having paid the $5 and uploaded the videos the 'submit' button does not work. Instead an error message appears to advise me that I need a 'pro' membership to submit an uploaded video.
Having begrudgingly paid another $19 (I have made it this far) the upload has now stalled and the entire website has been taken offline into maintenance mode.
This is unbelievably unprofessional. Shame on HBO for using such a sub par service provider to run their open casting call.
The website is just rubbish, the password keeps saying incorrect and reset it a hundred times still does not work. Don't waste your time on it, better do a gym or watch a movie instead trying to register on their website.
sadly they have advertised castings to every budding 10 year old for the new Harry Potter series. Queue parents spending time videoing clips for their eager children only to find the website not working a day before the deadline. They are likely overwhelmed but if you go national with an advert for casting, you need to make sure your website can manage. Lots of disappointed children everywhere
