The shipping takes way to long, needed the outfit and it showed up 3 day to late to be worn, very disappointing.

Hi. I placed an order over a week and a half ago, and haven't received it. There's a tracking number but it has moved in over a week now. I'm starting to worry if I've been scammed or not.

I found the company through Etsy and was able to order directly from the website with no problems. Everything was linked properly, I was able to find all of the information I was looking for, and each product linked to the one I was looking to purchase made sense to the product and did not offer me something I did not need or want, though it did open more options around my personal facecare regime and I plan to continue to support Castlebeard! The derma roller I purchased for myself and my husband are both durable and easy to use and I will be recommending them to my friend circle.

On time delivery of a quality product.

Item looks well made. Arrived quickly. It is a Christmas gift so no feedback from recipient yet.

The timely manner of which the product showed up and was delivered was refreshing and the condition of the package when arrived was still in good condition.

I ordered from this business, and they sent the wrong item. When I reached out to resolve the issue, they refused to provide a refund. Very disappointed with the lack of customer service and accountability—definitely would not recommend.
