Do your self a favour and do not use!
I have never dealt with a more unprofessional and rude company ever!
I ordered a heater on a Wednesday, the website states next day delivery. Thursday- Didn't turn up, but ok, because I did order it late in the day.
Friday- Nothing turns up.
Monday - They've sent me a hedge trimmer. So I instantly call explaining, send them an email as requested and they do send the heater out with a prepaid returns label for the hedge trimmer. Excellent. Ive had 2 days off work at this point. Glad its resolved.
Except it isnt. Theres no returns label. Triple checled the box and the 4 pieves of polystyrene. Definitely would of seen it. So i email them again. I let them know the days/times im available for pick up. They said they cant do those times, so have then requested I take it to the post office for them. I live rurally and it would involve taking another day off to do this so ive said no. There are plenty of couriers who would pick up after 5pm and at weekends but they refuse to shift on this. Asking them what my options are then, to fix their mistake, basically comes down to me having to take another day off. The man I spoke to was incredibly rude and unhelpful.
My partner then ended up ringing to resolve getting the trimmer (that we never ordered) back to them and was hung up on. He said we could leave it out to be collected but they were unhappy with us doing this.
After speaking to someone else (who was also really rude and unhelpful) we all agreed that we could leave the trimmer out to be collected. Its not unreasonable to ask not to lose another days pay to fix someone else's mistake when you are trying your best to help anyway.
I was sent a text message saying the parcel would be collected on Wednesday. Its still sitting outside my house.
The heater being delivered late wast really an issue. Things happen. However, the way they have dealt with us trying to get the hedge trimmer back to them is disgusting. If you look at other reviews (not the ones they publish on the website) you'll see alot of similar reviews in regards to customer service.
I run a business and if my employee ever spoke to anyone that way, customer or not, while representing my business they wouldnt have a job anymore.
