Different and Fun
Love the colorful prints, the casual flow of the dress cuts, and the reasonable prices. I live in a beach community and these dresses fit right in. I can’t comment on the quality yet, as this is my first order with you and I have not received my order. Your website was a little difficult to navigate, so I took one star off for that.

Speedy Help
I was very pleased to get speedy help when the discount coupon that I had been given didn’t work. I sent an email and asked for one that would work and was sent one. I would not have placed the order if that hadn’t come through.

Company deserves zero stars
I’m being generous in giving even one star( unfortunately have to give one star to send review )
The product I received is of such poor quality that I didn’t at first recognize it. The foto on the website had the cat in the middle of the hoodie surrounded by a cherry blossom tree. Instead the cat was so far to the side its nose was cut off and instead of a cherry blossom tree there was an ugly black and orange wavy ‘grunge’!
Per instructions of Casufit to return and receive a refund for an item of poor quality they needed to be notified within 3 days, I emailed my complaint the day after I received it.
The Merchant requested fotos of the hoodie, which I sent. They then emailed they would reimburse $5 and I could keep the item. I informed that was not what their policy stated. Their second offer was $8 and 20% off on buying another item. I informed them that it was a joke- why would I want to keep such a hideous hoodie and why would I want to buy anything else from their company.
I have since emailed useepay the company that was responsible for the transaction. They contacted the merchant and received same reply hat I received-that I would have to pay for return delivery- which the refund policy states is not true- the merchant would cover return costs!!!
The quality of the merchandise and dealing with customer service’ is a joke and I recommend to beware of dealing with Casufit.

I never received an item from my order…
I never received an item from my order 5/5 2024 and I was lied to and ignored for weeks. Finally on 5/ 28 they offered to send me the missing item but by this time I had enough of them and I just wanted a refund. Now they are stalling again. The said they would have to contact an different department to see if it is possible. It had better be because they are crooks and no one should buy anything from them.
They are lying again. I sent them pictures of the ones I did receive and I gave them the correct order numbers, etc. It is VGOO133682 the missing item is navy casual pants with Sachiko design printed on it. They have offered me a coupon to settle this but I'd have to buy something to use a coupon and I'm not going to do that. I want my money back or at the very least the pants.

RETURN and REFUND is a joke!
This item is poorly made and a size Medium appears to be more of an Extra Small but the tag says Medium. In order to return or exchange I have to pay a minimum of $30 to send it to China. Or they will refund me $8 and not return it. It shipped from California. I will take it up will my CC company. Casufit.com just lost a customer.

The Big Wave
My original purchase was the Big Wave hoodie. I bought it as a birthday present for someone who collects everything featuring The Big Wave. She LOVES it. It fits perfectly and is warm and cozy. I bought it too late for Christmas and have been holding until now for her birthday.

I originally ordered the same top through an ad. On Facebook and I just tried it on and discovered. It's one size too small but I love the shirt and reordered in the next size up. I love this shirt. It is just perfect for so many outfits.

Present for my Grandson
I like this t shirt and the octopus very much and it was easy to select color and size. This is a present for mygransdon. My only problem with your site was I wanted to change the address to his home but could not do that.
