I have now ordered several items from Cat Sister- two shirts, coffee mug and a bag. I have been very happy with everything. I did have to exchange my first shirt as it was too large but the exchange was just right. I am a big cat lover so this is my kind of site. I really like that you can change the color before you order and see what it will look like. Would be great for gifts as I know people who love cats as well. Will probably order again in future. We need to support small businesses at this time. It is fun to shop on this web site.

I wouldn't order from this company unless you're prepared to wait 6-8 weeks for delivery. I continued to get updates on shipment but nothing showed up. Then when it did finally come in, it was only half of my order. Trying to let them know is a joke. You can't get a person on the phone or email address to check on anything. Their customer service is terrible.
Their excuse is the virus. Well I have received other items from companies that I ordered from after theirs and received it within a timely manner.

This is my second purchase from this company, and I am very satisfied with what I bought (a t-shirt and a tote bag). I highly recommend this company because of their quality work and products. I will be purchasing something again from them.
