The team came to investigate and fix a leak in our external water pipes. They were excellent and, despite the pipe being buried deep underground they found and fixed the leak. Excellent and very professional service.

I was on holiday when my sister who was looking after our dogs at home rang and said we had a problem with the toilet. After ringing my insurance who put me in touch with Catalystservice I spoke to a lovely lady named Gemma who after listening to the problem told me there would be someone there that day to fix it for me. True to her word the person arrived on time and after a short time everything was ok again

I recently had an issue with a very slow draining kitchen sink. Lange and his colleague attended promptly and attempted to clear the blockage using a rod. When that didn’t work they quickly adapted their strategy to use more specialist equipment that vacuumed out any obstruction and within 20 minutes I had a working sink again.
Efficient and effective. First rate.

After using a so called expert company to unblock drain, paid extortionate fee, problem re occurred, within 5 weeks, contacted my home insurance who sent out Catalyst Service, came out same day, what a difference, polite, efficient 100% excellent service, knowledgeable, but just so helpful... totally recommend.

Recently, my elderly disabled inlaws had to use catalystserviceuk through their home emergency policy for a block drain.
The service was very professional with excellent communication and done very quickly. The engineer was brilliant at fixing the blockage and was very respectful and polite when dealing with my inlaws.
The problem was rectified within 24hr so thank you very much.

What an excellent service provided with an emergency in such a short space of time. Within four hours of my call going in (a cry for help with a broken and leaking stopcock) the matter had been dealt with and problem fixed. 10/10 and would 100% have full faith in trusting them in any future emergency.

Excellent service provided by Catalyst Services. I contacted my Home Emergency insurance provider at 8.30am for help with a blocked drain to a septic tank. They arranged for Catalyst Services to resolve the issue and I was subsequently contacted (by Catalyst) within 20 minutes to arrange for someone to attend to the problem the same afternoon. Their operator called at around 1.30pm to confirm he was en route and he arrived slightly earlier than he expected. The operator was very friendly and helpful and unblocked our drain within an hour. Very professional and efficient from start to finish - highly recommended. Thank you.

I was contacted within 10 minutes of reporting a leak of water in my kitchen, and told a plumber would be with me shortly. It was actually a couple of hours but it was rather late in the day when I reported the leak. When the plumber arrived, he was courteous and got straight to work and resolved the problem inside 15 minutes, and cleaned up after himself. I would thoroughly recommend Catalystservicesuk to anyone needing Firstclass, efficient and speedy service.

Amazing service! Sent as part of my home insurance blocked drain cover. Realised when they got here I should have mentioned about another type of drain that was blocked - not their expertise. Catalyst were nominated to repair a leaking main water supply line into our house by our insurance company. From start to finish the communication was excellent and I was kept up to date with the progress in respect of the situation. An engineer (from Pipeline services) was allocated by Catalyst and they were extremely professional in identifying the problem and subsequently making an effective repair. The 2 guys who carried out the work (Tony and his colleague-unfortunately I didn’t catch his name) were superb, knowledgeable, professional and very customer focused, keeping me appraised of the situation and how they were progressing. You would be hard pressed to know that they had to dig a massive hole in the garden to locate the leak, leaving the garden in exactly the same state as they found it. I have nothing but praise for all parties involved in my interactions with Catalyst. This was reinforced by the follow up call from Tarna who called to check on how the situation had progressed, leaving me reassured that Catalyst Services Ltd are a company that you can trust when you really need help at a difficult time.

Found a water leak first thing and this company came out that afternoon and sorted problem. Thoroughly recommend! Lovely guy who was polite and helpful.

We had a drain leakage which we reported to our insurers. This prompted a chain of action which included identifying the problem and dealing with it. Everybody involved provided first rate attention and skills and the problem was resolved. Very pleased, no complaints.

Blocked drain from shower room. Called Home Emergency and within 12 hours a plumber arrived. He was very polite, informative and cheerful. He located the problem… addressed the problem a fixed it within 90 . Am Very pleased with the Engineer he was pleasant and polite.

It was Christmas week when my dear old Mum came round for lunch. She said that she bellieved her drains were blocked. I called her insurance company, who were very helpful, they said someone will call within 4 hours. I recieved a call from Catalyst about an hour later, a very nice lady said that a crew will be dispatched. By the time my Mum got home 2 very polite and professional guys were waiting, the drains were unblocked without any fuss or mess. Thank you Guys.....

Had to call my insurance on Monday who gave Catalystservicesuk my details for a blocked drain. Got a call as promised within hours today and two guys arrived within one hour. Was a difficult job as being a 400 years old house with drains to match . In spite of the darkness and very cold weather, John and his young assistant worked out how to clear the blockage under the stoned back way. They had to resource to flushing with water and had to get extra equipment ! It took a couple of hours but they didn’t give up, which I am so grateful for ! Many thanks for prompt, efficient and friendly service. Would definitely recommend 👍🏼
