I became quite stressed when I realised that our cat had been neutered but not microchipped and vaccinated because I forgot to remind them to do this. The staff remained patient and friendly in the face of my stressed-out response. When I got to the pharmacy to buy the post-op antibiotics I realised I had dropped the prescription in their car park. I phoned them, they found it, photo´d it and WhatsApp´d it to the pharmacy so I didn´t need to make a return trip. Thank you for your patience with a stressed-out customer. Our cat has recovered very quickly from the operation. Great service.

The premises were optimal for the of the animals. The staff were helpful and attentive.
A great team to trust your pet to, with the extra security of it being an authorised veterinary centre.

Our two dogs, Bobby and Bailey spent their first visit for 12 days over the Christmas holidays and were wonderfully cared for by professional staff. They came back healthy, happy and full of beans! Thanks for looking after them so well and in a great environment!

Bill, Denise and everyone at Cat and Dog World are fantastic. Our German Shepherd has stayed many times over the past 12 years and has always been very well cared for. They provide a secure, clean and comfortable environment where nothing is too much trouble. I would highly recommend them.

We took in a feral cat spent months getting him to trust us.... we captured him .. he was not amused... took him for castration...they were great with him and gave me great advice.. highly recommend Cat and Dog World..
He is becoming very friendly ...

I have had 2 girl cats done and a female foster dog spayed. The staff were great, the owners very helpful and friendly and fur family seemed ok with no issues after. Am about to get another 7 kittens neutered by C & D world, would recommend for quick and easy neutering at a great price.

I have used Cat and Dog World Kennels and Cattery, for the past 17 years, to look after my various dogs. Bill has collected the dogs and delivered them home safely each time.
My 16 year old Golden Retriever needed medication twice a day and this was never a problem or too much trouble for them or their staff. The kennels are superb- very clean, comfortable and spacious. The dogs have plenty of room to relax and move around during their stay.
Bill and Denise are exceptionally helpful, kind and caring. They have the welfare of each and every dog at heart. I have always been thrilled with their service and would not trust anyone else to look after my “fur baby” while I was away on holiday. Thank you for your outstanding care and for always going the extra mile.

I have used their friendly and efficient neutering and spaying clinic for many years both for cats and dogs. Excellent service and very affordable. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

Have used the neutering clinic many times for our local cat population and have had an excellent service. They are really trying to make a difference to the wild cat population in the area. Very helpful to us, even offering to keep cats on site if we catch them, until the vet can do them. The vet is there twice a week on Mondays and Thursdays.

We have been using Cat and Dog World kennels for almost 3 yrs, and frequently use the spay snd neuter clinic.Bill, Denise and their team of hardworking staff ensure our dogs even our most nervous are well looked after. They are on hand to answer any questions and on more than one occasion have helped us out eith transport and emergencies,

My dogs always stayed with Bill and Denise before they went over the rainbow. Bill always collected and returned them to us 2 or 3 times a year. Lovely couple in fact we bought one of the dogs from them, when they had their business in Kent. Top place....

Having used Denise & Bills kennels and cattery in the UK many years ago I was over joyed when I knew they had moved to Spain near to me (Fuengirola) I have since used them many many times for both my 2 dogs & cat. Having used several ’not’ so nice kennels over the prior years!!
Both Denise and Bill along with ‘all’ their members of staff can't be faulted. They are always very friendly, helpful and importantly very reassuring. Nothing is ever too much trouble for them ~ my cat has diabetes and needs regular medication. Their premises is always exceptionally clean and tidy. And the cats and dogs always have plenty of room for the duration of their stay. I haven't and wouldn't ever, ever use anyone else to love & look after my 3 babies when I have to frequently travel back to the UK on business. 5+ 🌟 11/10
