As a tutor working for catch up academy it’s been remarkably rewarding. Knowing your work impacts the lives of kids and their future and you’re at the forefront of making this difference. Having Bianca as your manager helps a lot as as she’s really supportive and there for you when you need her and when you got someone as friendly as her makes working for catch up a gem of a working environment.

I like the base amount of pay, the flexibility to choose to do lessons in person or online. There is decent support from line managers as well. Perfect jobs for uni students who don’t want to earn minimum wage
