Tylacharm is a scam. Merchandise is nothing like their picture shows or describes. I bought 2 bras that I regret. When I saw them I wanted to return them, but it was not possible. The only option was to throw them into the garbage.

I am pleased with the design and functionality; adds charm and practicality to my space.

I absolutely appreciated the design of these items! While opted for their affordable price, I found the quality surprisingly satisfactory and packaging decent, though shipping took a bit longer than anticipated.

The design of these items is amazing. The outdoor artificial flowers look extremely real and vibrant, adding a nice pop of color to my garden. The LED cabinet light is sleek and functional, with a motion sensor feature that is very convenient. Both are very well made and aesthetically pleasing.

The packaging of the products was exceptional. They arrived safe and intact, enclosed in sturdy, secure boxes. Clearly, the shipper took great care in packing these items. Overall, impressed with the meticulous packing ensuring the products' perfect condition upon arrival.

Poor quality rubbish! Orderedmulti-function hair curler and i must say how very dissapointed I am! It is of a very cheap lightweight make and only has a lead of 1200mm which doesn’t reach to my mirror! I waited 2 weeks for this not worth the money at all! Sent email no reply???

This is another big scam. Should have checked with Trustpilot before purchasing goods that were not delivered

Bought an anti snoring device that absolutely was unable to use (far to small for my jaw).
The so called "customer service" offered me 3 USD if I keep it... I paid 33 USD + shipping for the mouthpiece.
I will never buy at Catercharm again.

I'd like to give it zero stars if I could. I too ordered the flying skirt tissue boxes. Nothing has arrived a month later and it's impossible to contact the Chinese company. Total scam! Avoid

I bought the tissue boxes - don’t bother. Although the tracking says United States, they actually come from China. Both items were damaged /broken when they arrived. The packaging was a plastic bag a bit like a bin liner and the boxes had simply got banged about and squashed in transit.
They were cheap plastic and pretty awful too.
I ordered 10th October - they arrived 21st November.

It is a classic. I wear it to work and I have worn it to a funeral.

They fit my son waist perfectly only flaw the pants are long so I will have to fold them at the bottom
