Our black base platters and clear lids are made from recycled food grade rpet plastic and can be washed and reused many times over. Once finished with the platters are 100% recyclable and are an eco-friendly choice for caterers, restaurants, sandwich shops and hotels as well as birthdays, business events, weddings and Christmas parties.

The Caterline platters come in a range of sizes - Mini platters, Small platters, medium platters and Large platters and all are carried in stock at the Manchester site. The trays can be used for salads and sandwiches as well as meat and cheese selections, cakes and sweets and all kinds of party food

Additionally the food packaging manufacturer produces a 6 cavity platter which is ideal for afternoon teas and dips trays for crisps and nibbles and is a one stop shop for all your catering packaging needs! Apart from the food service trays & lids the packaging company also manufacture hinged lid sandwich wedges, cake slice packs and the Caterbox range of cold food salad containers at its Manchester site. Our catering disposable range are produced on high speed machinery and subject to rigorous quality controls to ensure the standards meet our high expectations

When I ordered through your website

When I ordered through your website, it stated that you were open during Christmas and New Year, giving specific dates - but your company was actually closed - making it impossible for you to complete the order.

Poor customer service

Poor customer service, tried to get through for 45 mins but call was ignored. Failed to dispatch replacement goods, emailed, facebook messages too and nothing was answered.

Avoid this company!

I have ordered 50 plater bases and the same amount of plater lids. The lids arrived faulty as couldn’t attached to bases, edges do not match bases edges as well. I have contacted company straight, wrote 3 emails and still did not get any reply. So, I have 50 useless platers! Do not recommend this company because if you deal a problem never get problem solved!

Delivery was late

Delivery was late ! It really let me down as needed what I ordered for a wake . Won’t be ordering again

Hi again Stacey. I have found out hat we shipped the goods on time ( see tracking information below) but our courier (Amazon) for some reason didn't deliver until September 2nd. I have forwarded this on to them for their response. We work hard to ensure that we have stock of all our products at all time and despatches are made on time. Occasionally we are let down by our couriers but having worked with DPD, Royal Mail, Hermes etc we have found that Amazon are the most reliable we have worked with. If you do wish to order again in future I will forward you a 25% off code to use.
