Great first experience with a Caxton representative, was very helpful, patient and clear. He was very nice and friendly, it cost nothing to be nice it’s free, so that made my first experience a good one. I just wish other companies were like this, life would go a lot smoother.

I was experiencing problems trying to add a new card to my account as my old one had expired so I contacted customer support, Vivienne managed to get the problem resolved that day.
