I struggled with getting it on, but that is not why I rated it the way I did. I'm bigger than average down there, and even when locked it's way too easy to get out of the cage. I only spent time lounging at home with it on, and the middle seam, which appears cheaply glued together, split on the third use, pinching me something terrible.
We have no interest in chastity cages anymore.

Hello! Thank you for your honest review. We are terribly sorry this was your experience in our chastity device. I assure you that our cages are not glued together, the two sides are joined using ultrasonic welding.
Our products are protected by a limited Warranty, covering any manufacturer defects. The issue you've experienced with the middle seam is most certainly covered by the Warranty. We would be happy to assist you with a Warranty and would greatly appreciate the opportunity to make your experience with CB-X and Chastity a more positive one.
If you were able to remove the device while locked in, there is a chance you may not be using the correct U-ring and pin & spacer combination for your anatomy. We are also available to help offer suggestions with fit to ensure you are comfortably and securely locked in.

I love your product
I love your product, however in the last few I've had two pieces break. One was a ring and that one was totally my fault. The other was the cage split open on it's seam while I was washing it one day. It was about 5 years old, but I only used the recommended cleaner. The rating for the website is poor because I contacted customer service about "lifetime guarantee" and never received a response. That was disappointing. Otherwise, I highly recommend the product. It would be nice to get details on the guarantee in case the cage piece decides to split again.
