Both can be found on our website. Additionally, as stated in our Returns Policy, due to the nature of the intimate products we sell, including all chastity kits, cages, and accessories, once an order is received by the recipient they are considered used. It sounds like the there was an automation in place to auto fill the customs declaration with name of the product you ordered and this was overlooked by our fulfillment team. One of my favorite cages ring was to small, so I barely got to wear it. After ordering the new large 50 mm ring I can wear it longer and more often and it is very comfortable. Might get an XL one too, so I can start sleeping in it need be.

Decent cage
Decent cage. I searched for a long time tried various versions and material.The deal sealer was the extra large ring. For some reason all rings for every brand never fight around my balls. They were always way too tiny. This cage is very comfortable for extended wear (12hrs for me). I don't even know its on half the time. The only drawback is that the outer ring is bulky and squared it forces your sack up and over before they can hang. If the ring was rounded it would be thinner and less bulky. The cage itself is also somewhat fragile I dropped mine and the seam separated so I have to use zap a gap to make repairs from time to time. Otherwise Im very satisfied with this product.

We are sorry to hear that your package is experiencing delays with the shipping carrier, unfortunately, this is out of our control. I am also informed that our customer care team is currently assisting you with the matter and we are awaiting the return of your package to our warehouse - being that the tracking seems to be showing the package is returning to the US. We have also offered to make a second attempt to ship your package to you, free of charge, which is our standard practice with packages that were undeliverable to the receiver at the first shipping attempt. Since your tracking information does not state any details and we have not received the package back to our warehouse, we cannot further advise why the package is returning to America. Upon its return to our warehouse please rest assured, you will be informed of all the details necessary. If we could magically fix this for you we gladly would, however, we are not the Postal Service and cannot do anything while the package is in route. We apologize that you feel we are directly providing you with very poor service, however, we have done all that we can control from our end at this time. The bear I bought is cute, very small. There was no description of the size. For the amount of money I spent, I expected it to be larger than my hand.
