We have here in Costa Adeje Tenerife hired CBAS a couple of times, both to build new alu cupboards on our terrace and to fix leaky doors and windows. They sent Bruno and a partner, and these guys are very competent and efficient professionals. Excellent work! My wife & I are very satisfied.

We have a house in **Los Cristianos** as part of a residential complex. Since our rooftop terrace was far too large and at times very windy, we wanted to build a conservatory. At the same time, we wanted to replace the railings mounted on the sea-facing side – the rust there was no longer manageable – with anodized aluminum railings.

Based on the positive experience of a neighbor with **Canariesbritish**, we also decided to choose this company. Our biggest concern was quality. High-quality construction is generally a challenge in Tenerife, as the quality standards are often not comparable to Central Europe. A British company was therefore especially welcome – also because of the language, as unfortunately we do not speak Spanish.

Both the quality requirements and the schedule were discussed in detail in advance. The price was fair and absolutely appropriate for the service provided.

The construction had to be coordinated with the timing of our vacation. And anyone who knows the Spanish “lo hacemos mañana” knows what I’m talking about.

We were fortunate to get a very professional team. Two employees began assembling the conservatory exactly on the agreed start date – precisely according to our specifications. We were able to have input at any time, and the disruption during our simultaneous vacation with guests was minimal.

The materials for the railings were ordered somewhat late, which led to delays. However, this was handled so professionally that I am nevertheless awarding five points.

The quality corresponds to the level we are accustomed to in Central Europe – excellent.

The company works punctually, with high quality, and at a reasonable price – exactly as one would wish.

CBAS have done many jobs for my family, including building work, installing shutters and plumbing.
The team were friendly, efficient and the standard of workmanship was first class!

Just had an external cupboard installed for storage at our property by CBAS. This is the second time we have had work done by this CBAS and can honestly recommend them from start to finish. We did experience a longer than expected time period from initially ordering. But after speaking to John and agreeing a timescale for completion all was good. The completed work was exactly as was initially requested and my additional requests made after placing the ordering had been included. The fitting team undertaking the work were polite and respectful to my property and kept me informed on progress. On completion I was asked to take a look at the finished product and how it opened. I was asked if I was happy with the finish product prior to them leaving, which I was more than happy 😊

From the initial communication with the office and estimating team, through to placing the order, and (of course) the installation - I have nothing but praise for the entire CBAS team. Our installation team (led by Ishmael) was an absolute pleasure to have working on our property and they did everything to ensure the place was kept as tidy as possible during the installation. I have used CBAS for the last 12 years refurbishing and maintaining Property in Tenerife / CBAS Has Completed 2 large Full refurbishments and 2 smaller projects as well as carrying many other Tasks ie Sun Screens / bathroom upgrades / Painting and decorating Refreshes / Plumbing and manufacture and Fitting of Aluminium Windows for me and being in The Refurbishment Trade myself for over 30 years Reliability / Quality and a willingness to Problem Solve is Key to a happy Customer and CBAS have this sewn up to a tee.
The operative's are Very polite / Clean and Tidy in there work and always willing to engage and help with anything that crops up outside the Remit.
I entrust my House keys / Alarm Details and a list of Jobs that need undertaking whilst I’m back in the Uk twice a year and have never returned to any form of disappointment i now don’t even ask for a price as prices are always Competitive and Fair.
I would have no hesitation in Recommending there services in any capacity's from manufacture to Fit and From Survey to project Management there are very few companies i would recommend be it in The Uk or even more so on The Island of Tenerife but you can trust CBAS for a 1st Class Service and a No 1 Choice

CBAS has provided excellent services and products to improve seriously the security of our property Villa Julia in Adeje, Tenerife.
The company did also respect all the planning dates we agreed on.

Mark and his team have been a pleasure to work with from the initial meeting. Mark was helpful and gave good advice on the type of doors and windows for our apartment. Good clear plan drawings and prices. However the installation was first rate. His team came and fitted the windows and patio doors with care and precision. The best part was how tidy they were. My apartment was as clean as I left it. No mess,no untidiness as they always left the place spotless. Even outside the cleaned up and left no mess. I thoroughly recommend CBAS and I am looking forward to the same for my kitchen. Well done.

We’ve used Mark (CBAS) for a number of our projects and have always found them to be reliable helpful and go out their way to ensure a quality finish.

We initially had a good experience with Canaries and British Aluminium Systems S.L., as they installed several aluminium doors and windows in our property. However, everything changed when a major issue arose with their installation.

One of the sliding shower doors fell down while we were away, shattering into countless pieces. Fortunately, no one was in the shower at the time, but this could have resulted in serious injury. The cause of the incident seems to be poor installation, setup, or potentially a manufacturing flaw.

After reaching out to their sales representative for over two months, they finally offered a replacement door—but only if we paid for it ourselves, with no compensation or apology for the incident. This is completely unacceptable given the circumstances.

We’re now left without a door and no resolution in sight. We’ll be taking our business elsewhere to fix the problem. Based on our experience, we cannot recommend this company, as their lack of accountability and poor customer service are deeply concerning.
