Hi Leanne. Thanks for taking the time to write your review, however we have to put this into context for others looking at our reviews. Firstly we have been in constant contact with you regarding this matter. We have explained that the parcel has left us and that sometimes especially at this present time there are some delays in the postal system. We also explained that a refund cannot be made at this point as the parcel is only delayed by a few days. We have a protocol to follow, and Royal Mail themselves has advised you that they don't consider this lost yet either. As an online business there is a length of time a parcel can be delivered to you which is 30 days. At the time of writing this your parcel is only about 3 days overdue to what we would normally expect, and whilst we understand the frustration caused by delayed post we do find that giving us a 1 star rating is very unfair considering these circumstances. The parcel is not considered lost, just delayed, and we are doing everything we can as a company to get this resolved. We are not responsible for delays within Royal Mail, and have apologised to yourself previously for this delay. We are certain the order will be with you shortly and hope that once it is you would consider amending your review.
