I was unfortunate to be in a car accident and suffered severe damage to my shoulder. After receiving medical treatment like steroid injections and physio nothing worked until I was helped by cbdisland. They gave me different options to help with pain management and I’m pleased to say it has reduced the pain significantly and helped me sleep better
