Easy to navigate the website and order. Chased the order as Royal Mail hadn't deliver in the first/class window..but delivered today.
I purchased the CBD balm which is alot bigger in size and stronger compared to another company based in Suffolk. Hopefully this will help with EDS/ hypermobility and help ease spinal injury pain/ Stiffness etc.

Speed and communication is not the greatest but order paced and several days later order received.
Products are as described with sufficient shelf life. Cant comment on the effect as only just received and the effects differ from person to person but if it works for me then I would have no issue in reordering from here.

Second review - the product is a good product but customer services is lacking.
I ordered for the 3rd month in a row having been happy with the products I've ordered 10% & 20% full spectrum oil(x3) and cbd gummies.
Around a week after my last order was placed a small package arrived with part of the order but missing a packet of gummies. I took pictures when I realized there was an issue, called the number given, left a message along with order details and issue - I then messaged customer services direct from their website - sill no response. 10 days have passed and still no response.

Cbd oil seems to be working well
I can feel a calm in my body when i take it.

Prompt delivery/good products. However gummies arrived all squashed together, and are difficult to separate. Perhaps they need to be sent in a more solid package not to be squashed in transit.
