When I received my jewellery set the…
When I received my jewellery set the necklace was damaged.I emailed the Casa Bella Boutique and they were friendly and very helpful. I was sent the return information promptly and my return was dealt with.
I have used this boutique since and will carry on doing so.The only comment I would make is, could products not be checked before they are sent out. to avoid any future disappointment for other customers.

Not a good company
Not a good company. Sent the wrong shoes then sent a replacement that was broken. Then said it wasn't broken even tho I sent in the pictures as proof. and was told did it..i didn't even try them on. . So I have no shoes to wear and out of pocket. . I gave up but they will get the karma from what they are doing scam . I sent the pictures of the shoes hiw I received them. So saying u have footage i have eyes and sent u the pictures u can see there the straps are broken. I cant wear them at all. And as for the gold I won't not wear them as I didn't order them as I dnt like gold so I don't understand why your still saying i told a lie the shoes are broken on both straps. . Thats probably y u sold them at 5 pounds . I told u to sent the label to return and you didn't send it . I dont want your shoes or the broken ones I want what I paid for. . Send the label and take back your shoes

Hi lovely, you fail to mention you have had a refund for £5 and kept both pair of shoes so now you can make money off of a small business which is the lowest of the low… of course, we the company are the scammer…it’s also really funny how one strap had only broken but now you say it’s both straps, people be aware of this, I hope other companies see this and be aware of you. You’ve paid £5 for two pairs of shoes, that’s £2.50 a pair, £1.25 per shoe which, are valued at £30 each, a saving of £55… we have offered you to send both pairs of shoes back for a refund of just £5 but anything we say you are just not happy with. We have footage that the shoes were not broken before we shipped them. Please explain how it’s a scam as you have received two pairs of shoes for £5 rather than one pair of shoes for £5 because as a goodwill gesture we let you keep a pair of £30 shoes for free, make this make sense? Both pairs are beautiful shoes of which you still have both pairs and your £5. However, you continue to contact us, for what, I really don’t know… Please explain where the scam is? Thank you though as this gives us chance to tell the truth on our reviews, plus I have all the footage and emails to prove we have tried with you and you just won’t stop.
I also do believe in karma and I am a very true person, I wish you all the best and have a great weekend.
This lady has sent us abuse and continued trying to get in contact for £5 even though she has had the refund.
