First ever car lease. I ordered a car 'in stock' which I discovered post-event can still mean that its at the factory meaning a c.6 week wait - was hoping for earlier but it was delayed slightly by Brexit port waiting times. Excellent service from Mica in particular, who gave me updates throughout, very efficient, easy to get hold of. I was no doubt very annoying but she was always extremely polite and helpful. I feel like I got a great deal with the car, guy who dropped it off stayed for ages showing me how every little thing worked and couldn't do enough to help. I would have given 4 star because of the wait but will give 5 because the service really was better than expected - would recommend to family and would use again myself for another competitive deal.

I found the level of service to be great - once the specification had been identified, the swift response to this specification, and the ease of which everything was dealt with minimal fuss. The team went out of their way to get our vehicle to us to shortened timescales.
A couple of observations for the future - highlighting to us the servicing requirements, and the stipulations of the lease company at the outset would have been helpful. It would also have been nice to meet Richard when the vehicle was delivered, so I could thank him in person - that would have finished the job off nicely.

Second experience of vehicle leasing and found this one far less stressful than the first, albeit with less information passing between both parties.

Communication was good and questions were answered promptly.

My car was delivered on time and to my exact specification.
