My parcel was collected on Wednesday from JAFZA and was supposed to be delivered next day thursday then day pass till saturday no one from customer service even call us with the update. They were telling driver doesn't know our office but he did not even call us the day he will deliver our parcel. Very poor customer service and too much delay on delivery now they are telling us they will deliver on monday instead. if there is negative star i will be glad to give them negative 5 star.

No approach to reply customer. Chat platform on web site is not at all use ful as no one has time to acknowledge the message. Not able to track shipment of 4th. November 2023 till 12th November 2023. All our email remain un answered.

Total scam, avoid at all cost, especially at eBay

Horrible company to work with, I've truly only had bad experiences with them as a small business trying to impress my hard earned customers. They are utterly unresponsive and have a bad attitude when you phone them. They can't fulfil their promises of delivering on time which reflects bad on you as a company/individual trying to satisfy customers. Ive had to beg them countless time to call me or answer emails in order to resolve an issue they weren't even aware of and caused themselves. Quite frustrating, so save yourself a few years of your life and find another company.

AVOID THIS COMPANY.

Absolutely unprofessional and unresponsive. I thought physically going to their office would avoid any confusions with courier services but that was not the case. My attested documents are lost and they are not responding.

After calling multiple times and being told that they'll call back, they never called. The next time I tried to call it wouldn't go through to the customer service and went to the answering machine instead. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.

I called from a different number and managed to get through. I got an update saying it will be delivered on 11-Oct-2021

I still haven't received it and I didn't receive any calls or updates about it. When I try to check the tracking number online, it says that there are no records for that number.

I called in the morning and they said it would "definitely by delivered before 4:30pm today because yesterday it reached their warehouse late."

But as expected, I still haven't received it.

I finally received it yesterday and they claimed that they "tried" to deliver it on the 12th but nobody picked up the call during delivery. Lies... I got no calls whatsoever and somebody was waiting for the delivery at home all day.

Anyway, that was a terrible service. I'm glad I EVENTUALLY got my documents.
