Ordered my cd key at 5pm my time and was wondering why it was taking time to get to me and so i left a message on the facebook wall and they informed me that our time zones where different seeing how i was on the other side of the globe and said it would be a few hours before the office was in and within 2 hours or my message my cd key was delivered and works perfect. Great communication, will for sure be doing more business with these guys. Very professional and great prices.

I have bought a few cd keys from cdkeysdirect and never had a problem. A couple of games I ordered I got the cd key withing 30 minutes of purchase and was playing only a few hours later.
One cd key took a couple of hours to receive but that's still awesome as it was a Saturday night.

This site is awesome. With great customer support, who will answer you almost instantly if there is a problem with your order. The first time I ordered a key from them I got it within few hours. I bought Kingdoms of Amalur: Reckoning from them, and received the key within two days. It wasn't as fast as other reviewers have noted, but customer support was kind enough to inform me of their situation and the circumstances behind the late delivery. It's relatively easy to contact customer support should you need it, as they have a facebook page that's checked up on regularly. In the end I received the game I paid for, and at a very good price. Will recommend them to gamers looking for good prices.

The code arrived in 5 minutes and it did work. It was also the cheapest I found at the time! (Today I found one 2 USD cheaper, not that much) Only con was that they had to call me to make sure what my email address was, and the sound quality of the call was just horrible.. Might be because I live on the other side of the planet, haha. Other than that, beast stuff!!

This website has it all when it comes to CD key websites, Brilliant prices, great customer service that listens and responds to people in a very timly and accommodation fashion, frequent communication and notification of great special and freebies through their facebook page. I cannot reccomend them enough!

Have only directly purchased two games through this site - Sid Meier's Civilization V and Dragon Age: Origins - Ultimate Edition, but my direct group of friends has collectively ordered over 15 games and the results are almost always the same - cheap prices, almost immediate delivery of the cd key. I did have to wait a bit for the Dragon Age key, but the effort from the team to keep on top of things through customer interaction was brilliant. I have bought them 8 games so far, and they always provided a fast delivery of the keys (in my case the slowest one was delivered in about 4 hours, the others in less than an hour). The last game I bought was Diablo3 (they sent the preordered key several hours before the release of the game (it's an online only game), so thanks to them I have time enough to download and install the game before start playing): in short, they delivered flawlessly once again.

They inform you clearly by mail of all the stages of your order, the features of a product are usually clearly explained in the site (where to redeem the key, language of the game, etc), and they have livechat and a quite active facebook page, and in my opinion they listen to their customers, that is the best thing because if there are problems, you can trust they will help you.
