Great find!

Good products, inconsistent fit and service
I have been a CDLP customer for some time and want to start by saying that their boxer briefs are genuinely excellent. I own many pairs in their signature Tencel fabric as well as a few in the Merino blend, and they are among the best underwear I have owned. I originally moved away from Calvin Klein in search of better quality and more sustainable materials. With Calvin Klein, my boxers usually lasted two to three years before disintegrating.
I cannot yet say much about long term durability, as I have only owned the CDLP boxers since early 2025, but so far the quality and comfort have been very convincing. Given the price point, I do expect longevity to be substantial, and I plan to revisit this review in the future with that in mind.
Unfortunately, my experience with their cotton pyjama pants and customer service was far more mixed.
The first pair I purchased in size M was significantly shorter than both the measurements listed on the website and the fit shown in the product images. When I reached out to understand whether I should expect the same length again, the conversation focused heavily on washing and measuring methods. I want to be very clear that neither was the issue. I always wash garments exactly as instructed, using a high quality washing machine and mild detergent.
I later ordered another pair of the same pyjama pants, and this second pair is noticeably longer than the first one. This unfortunately confirms that the original pair was not within the expected specifications and that the discrepancy was not caused by washing or incorrect measuring.
While the support team was polite and responsive, the way this was handled initially felt like responsibility was being shifted back to me rather than the issue being addressed directly. To CDLP’s credit, the situation was eventually acknowledged, an apology was offered, and store credit was proposed. I appreciate that this was addressed in the end, but the overall process has made me more cautious about ordering again, especially for products where fit and consistency matter.
In short, the underwear is excellent, but my experience with lounge wear and customer service did not fully meet expectations for a premium priced brand.

Bought 4 Lyocell Blend t-shirts that is useless
Bought 4 Lyocell Blend t-shirts. Was told that they were good it you like me tend to sweat a lot. This was not my experience when I tried them on. Wasnt dry after 4 hours and they had sweat marks all over after 10 minutes. I wanted to ship them back. That was not an option. But they offered me a discount code for 15 pct. If I could have shiped them back and got your merino blend t shirt that actually keeps it promise I would have found it a fair solutions.

Terrible experience
Terrible experience. Sizing guide on website is very confusing - subsequently ordered wrong size. Emailed immediately asking to change the order. Eventually got a response after the order was shipped saying I should just return for an exchange. This opened a Pandora’s box of frustration and chaos. Their returns process is farcical. They send you a fedex label that fedex won’t touch. No phone number to contact them so you get trapped in a constant cycle of automated responses acknowledging each message you send - if you’re lucky you get a response but it’s always someone new who seems to have no comprehension of how their business works, let alone who you are and what your issue is. I eventually got a partial refund and now £30 out of pocket. Seriously think twice before ordering from these people.

Made a mess of customs declaration then slow to refund.
I placed an order for some underwear to a UK address -- my work address, which is not uncommon for me as I am never home to take delivery and work allows this as many employees are in the same boat as me.
CDLP made a mess of the customs declaration and DHL refused to complete delivery. Instead, they contacted _my employer_ requesting information on the duties for my underwear order. They didn't contact me using the email address used for the order (which was not a company address), or seemingly CDLP as the sender, but linked the delivery address to a company email address which they must have had on file.
Needless to say, I was very unimpressed by this. I requested that CDLP cancel the delivery and return the order to their warehouse for a full refund. That was two weeks ago, DHL's own tracking clearly indicates the the item has been returned to sender and delivered, but CDLP insist that they don't know where it is and won't process a refund until they can confirm.
Avoid if you ever want your items (or money).

My favorite brand! The feeling of wearing their lyocel underwear and t-shirts and bamboo socks is unmet! Wearing finer/more luxurious fibers than regular cotton also means attention to care instructions for longer durability.
