New hearing new life

Well last year having degraded hearing I opted, rather than pay thousands on over priced hearing aids in the UK. To back a campaign and buy into Cearvol OTC wave hearing aids. After a patient wait for the support campaign to end I received my wave OTC in November. Wow how truly life changing they have been for me. Clarity back in my life. From just watching TV to out with friends. They cope with any and all environmental challenges. So now 6 months on...well I had a small issue with the right earpiece. But Cearvol were amazing to deal with. Emails swiftly received and replied to, so as to respond and resolve my issue. Finally having tried all ways to fix the small issue. They just simply replaced the whole unit for me. Now I am enjoying the full potential once again. With no fuss amazing service and follow up. I truly love my wave OTC hearing aids, can't possibly imagine life before I had them. Thank you Cearvol so very much for your attention to detail and service.

My Nano hearing aids are fine

My Nano hearing aids are fine. I am happy with them. Only issues I have had is reaching support by phone have never been able to talk to anyone. Left messages and was called back once but caller id thought it was a spam call. Did have more success emailing.
They close down for most of February so my order was slow arriving and support iffy then.

These are remarkable OTC HEARING aids

These are remarkable OTC HEARING aids. Price point excellent. App easy to navigate. Sets up easy, even hearing test very easy.
What truly sets them apart is overall Bluetooth connectivity. With my Signia $5000.00 hearing aids I need a separate device to attach to optical cable to my Samsung TV. Yes, it will Bluetooth to TV with its own newer Bluetooth but I have no control on volume. This pattern is with all my OTC hearing aids…EXCEPT the WAVE. You can actually control volume through the ear buds themselves!
In short, these are what I’ve been waiting for for the last few years.

The order process was very good

The order process was very good, and the hearing devices work as good or better than an I have tried. The equalizer could be a little better but its great to have an app that works with the devices. Only problems I have seen are they dont seem to fit tightly and some times they fall out. Also when I am listening to audio and the google app comes on (it is external for some reason) it is really loud.

No news since ordered

I ordered on Feb. 20, we are now March 1 and no details on shipping provided. I contacted them a few days ago, no response. Very disappointed so far.

just OK

just OK.

1st set was 400$--- An exact same set 1 yr later was $200 ? did I pay too much for the 1st set ?

Plus, the description says, " Mild to moderate hearing loss" In my opinion, the diamond version is ~VERY~ low volume...mild hearing loss ONLY would be a better description.

Just to clarify, the original price of the Diamond model was $309.99. The current $169.99 reflects a special promotional discount rather than a permanent price reduction. Regarding the price difference, we’ve updated our technology over the past year. When new-generation models are released, previous versions are often offered at a lower price.

The Diamond model is designed for mild to moderate hearing loss, but we understand that individual needs vary. If you feel the volume is too low, it may not provide sufficient gain for your specific hearing level.

Our latest model offers up to 40dB gain and may better meet your needs. Please feel free to contact our support team — we’re happy to help you find the best solution.😊

Impressive for the Price

I have moderate hearing loss in the high-frequency range, and these Clearvol hearing aids perform just as well as models I’ve tried that cost many times more. Speech sounds clear, everyday conversations are easy to follow, and I don’t feel like I’m missing out on sound quality because of the lower price. For the cost, the performance is impressive and meets my needs reliably.

X1 Review 31-01-26

It's a new personal experience of using X1 and am still learning experiencing the hearing air aid for hearing and tv listening (especially). The daily hearing aid experience is challenging especially interfacing with mobile using, disengaging the bluetooth and/or ROKU streamer but still quite helpfull.

Better than the rest

I don’t have hearing damage to my ears,my hearing loss is due to a medication 💊 that is masking my hearing.even though hearing aids don’t fully get through that masking.Cearvol so far are the only ones I’ve tried that help

Initially

Initially , there was a delayed delivery as package was lost. Hearing aids were received . Later I lost one of the hearing aids. Cearvol offered a replacement with good discount. Everything went well and in good use.
