I waited weeks for my pendant light to arrive. When it finally got here, it didn't work. They asked me to make a video to "prove it." I did. They offered to send me a new socket. I got the new socket (more weeks) and it required extensive assembly (I had to hire someone to put it together). It still didn't work. They asked for another video to"prove it." I refused and asked for a refund. They offered to send me another crappy lamp. I do not want another crappy lamp. They refuse to give me a refund

I purchased Jasmin chandelier from Ceenwe, I already had one in a hallway and decided to get a matching one for the dinning room. The video they sent me was sort of ok from a distance, but when received the chandelier I noticed it is very cheap and plastic looking, certainly does not worth the money. And frankly next to the one I already had in hallway it looks like a joke. Regrets..

It is junk. Came with broken and missing parts. Looked nothing like the picture.
I paid 1000. Per fixture for a custom light. They agreed to refund 70%, which is ok but I have 100% defective light.
Took 3 months to receive a piece of subpar and flimsy junk that I now have to replace.

The chandelier took 30days to arrive. It looks just like the pictures. I’m not sure if it works because, I haven’t connected it yet. I’m so excited glad this is a real company I live in Southern California and I’m installing in living room with 16’ ceiling. Pedals come wrapped secure they are glass.
