Excellent service. Strip light was correctly identified by Aldershot staff. I ordered the light on-line and it was delivered to my home on the day I requested. When delivered the light was found to be well packaged. Both the Aldershot staff and delivery driver were observed as being polite. Thank you for the good service

Store experience
The process for ordering on line was straightforward, although when having the delivery to store, I was surprised that a delivery charge was added.
A member of staff at the Aldershot branch rang me to inform me that my order was ready for collection. On the two occasions I have spoken to a member of staff at this branch, they have been very helpful. Overall, apart from the delivery charge for orders to the store, everything has been good.

The item description for the 42 x 21 x2.5mm unistrut is misleading. The pricing clearly states £19.20 for 3. The description states a 3mtr length so it clearly implies that you get 3 x 3mtr lengths. The qty box when you order refers to Mtrs of length not qty of 3mtr lengths so again confusing
