Don’t waste your time!!
Absolute dire customer service. Spoke to chap at local shop who was very nice and referred me to main customer services. When I called them the woman (Sue) was extremely rude and spoke to me like I was an idiot. Needless to say took my very large order of goods to another supplier. Don’t bother.

Disappointed that the counter staff was…
Disappointed that the counter staff was going to send me in a 20 mile wild goose chase.
When I arrived at Redhill branch I show him the invoice. Without checking he said “That’s at Leatherhead you’ll have to go there” I said”are you sure as I definitely ordered for delivery here( Redhill). He replied yes it’s a Leatherhead order. As I turned to leave I asked him to check that my order was definitely delivered to Leatherhead. Only then did he realise that my order was ready for collection at the Redhill branch. No apology. It’s just very poor customer service. I shouldn’t have to prompt someone to do their bloody job.

2 delivery’s in a row screwed up by…
2 delivery’s in a row screwed up by CEF’s choice of courier. One went to the completely wrong address after paying extra for a Saturday delivery the other arrived 2 hours late after paying for a pre 10am slot. Not worth the stress or hassle. Shame as my branch bend over backwards to help customers
