Awful!! Arrived late, awful quality and costs a fortune to return so you end up accepting partial refund and keep the rubbish item. DO NOT PURCHASE.

Absolutely shocked, awful product, quality is awful, and way to overpriced, do not buy from these people.

I too would give 0 stars. Purchased a watch for £46 which is worth £1. They offered me 35% discount instead of a refund. I opted for returning for a full refund. It cost around £12 to send to remote location in China. After 3 months it hadn't arrived and it then was delivered back to me. Gutted. I'm sure all part of the scam. I phoned my bank to see if they could refund but can only be done if within 3 months. I regret not doing that in first instance as now I'm down the postage too. If been caught out I'd suggest get refund through bank/credit card. I will be more careful in future..

Absolutely taken in by website and when the product arrived it was not worth £1 let alone the £30 I paid! Quality was rubbish! And customer service to get a return was poor too.. offered a 35% discount to keep the item, which ends up being a better option than the £18 it would cost me to return the item! Feels like really ripped off!

I would give it zero stars if I could...Absolute fake company and watches, so disappointed with myself for going against my better judgement and taking a risk, the watch is cheap rubbish, it is not even a good example of costume jewelry, it can probably be found in the penny machines in Blackpool.....

Absolutely a scam. Ordered a piece of jewellery. It has a passing resemblance to the image but is significantly larger and made of cheap plastic. More like children's jewelry, certainly not the "luxury statement piece" described.

The quality was so crap. The earrings were expensive and and the quality was just awful. Very disappointing.

They also made the returns journey incredibly difficult and requires being sent back to China. Never shopping here again.

My daughter ordered a watch for £49 which was discounted to £45
It was absolute rubbish like something you’d get out of a kids £1 machine at funfair
Massively struggled to get a refund or returns info settled in 35% back

If I could leave no stars I would. Appalling quality, misleading advertising and expensive return process that is not worth completing. I feel I have been scammed and have paid hard earned money for absolute rubbish. Avoid at all costs.

Its a scam company, please do not buy anything, rubbish quality, company is registered in Europe and return is in China which costs a lot, they reply to emails after long time, i ordered a watch and it has scratches and its really rubbish, please do not use this company, thanks

Do not buy! Got faulty watch and watch is horrible. Worked for 10 minutes, wrote to them and they say you need to send it back to China. Do not buy things through shop. Its a scam. Worthless scam

This company is a SCAM. Items on the website and item received are completely different. £60 for a watch for my daughter's birthday, it arrived today after three weeks as it was shipped from CHINA. Arrived in a weird green cardboard box, the type you'd get at a market, watch is cheap costume jewellery, not worth more than £15. Now we have to go through the mission of trying to return the item. Wish we had never purchased from this company.

do not buy from here; this is partially on me cos i didn’t do my research but there were so many red flags, from them not having a review section on their website, to them having no social media, it’s definitely intentional so people don’t expose them. it’s true that the products are all from china and they are upcharging for pieces that likely cost them pence. saw the exact same cheap jewellery on tiktok for a quarter of the price. save ur money

Purchased a watch for my wife for her birthday. Advertised as stainless steel. When it eventually arrived it proved to be plastic. False advertising in my opinion. On adjusting the time I found the face to be moving inside. Absolute rubbish. I'd seriously advise people NOT to buy from this company. It seems to be a total con.

Product not as described or advertised. Cheap and nasty. Avoid at all costs!

This company are not what they say they are, their jewellery is not hand crafted, it comes from China and is not worth what they are advertising for on their website.
I have received a watch which is of a value in the region of £4.00 which I paid a lot more for, the strap is tarnished due to the poor quality material used, I am trying via PayPal to get a full refund, fingers crossed! Please do not fall for their lovely website and claims of hand crafted quality jewellery you will be disappointed and most probably out of pocket.
