This is my 2nd time booking with celebration cottages and we weren’t disappointed. We stayed at Stonewell House for a 70th birthday celebration, the house was lovely and very spacious. We booked the 3 course chefs meal which was outstanding!!! Highly recommend.

So well organised literally take care of everything for you! Constant communication and always happy to help with any questions! We had the best stay!

From start to finish the company were so so helpful in ensuring a smooth booking & time whilst there. Amazing value for money considering all they did for me, the house & pizzas all sorted whilst I could focus on anything else required.

Excellent value for money. We had 3 activities included in the package for a hen do, the 3 course meal, afternoon tea and spa treatments. All were amazing, arrived on time and were enjoyed by us all. The house was beautiful, well equipped, stunning views. We had the best 2 nights!

I booked my sister’s hen do through Celebration Cottages, and the whole experience was fantastic from start to finish. The team were excellent with communication — everything was clear, well-organised, and straightforward. They were also incredibly accommodating when one of our guests couldn’t take part in the same activity package as the rest of us; instead of letting that go to waste, they kindly placed her on a different package that suited her needs. We really appreciated that level of care and flexibility.

We enjoyed afternoon tea, spa treatments, and a three-course meal — and each part was exceptional.

The afternoon tea was a real highlight. All the food was freshly handmade (not brought in from a catering company), and they thoughtfully catered for dietary requirements with vegan and lactose-free options. There was plenty to go around, and we found ourselves grazing on it well into the evening.

The spa treatments were equally impressive. The setting was calm and relaxing with soothing music and atmospheric lighting. Each treatment was personalised to the individual guest, with particular attention paid to tension areas. Both masseuses were lovely and professional — it was a truly relaxing experience.

The three-course meal was outstanding. Paul, our chef, went above and beyond. Despite working in a standard kitchen, he delivered restaurant-quality food that was cooked and presented to perfection. He timed everything around us as we were doing a murder mystery, so we never felt rushed and could enjoy each course at our own pace. It was a seamless and delicious experience.

The house itself was beautiful — clean, tidy, and set in a picturesque location near the reservoir. The hot tub was a great bonus, and the overall atmosphere of the house made for a perfect celebratory weekend. My only tip for future guests would be to bring a hairdryer, especially if you plan on using the hot tub — there weren’t any provided at the property.

Overall, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Celebration Cottages. The team’s organisation, attention to detail, and customer care made the whole weekend truly memorable.

Absolutely fantastic hen party venue, we stayed at the Tower View Escape nr Halifax, party room was seperate from the house & had a bar, pool table, disco balls, kareoke and dance pole !! Outdoors area had its hottub and tiki bar, blue tooth to connect music.
Main house was of high spec, nice rooms and ensuites, lounge room had enough space for us all to chill out, the activities the bride to be picked was a live singer and pizza night, singer was awesome and pizza night was tasty, highly recommend CC for any event where you do not have to venture out but still enjoy the atmosphere with friends and family!

We booked The Woodcroft Estate through Celebration Cottages for my sister’s hen do, and it was absolutely perfect from start to finish!

What truly made the weekend so special were the incredible suppliers provided. Every single person we encountered went above and beyond. The afternoon tea was beautifully presented and absolutely delicious – the setup looked amazing, and the lady who delivered it came back to clear everything away, which was such a thoughtful touch.

The spa treatment team were exceptional – friendly, professional, and so calming. They created a lovely, relaxing environment and made each of us feel completely pampered. It was a real highlight of the weekend.

On the second night, we had private chefs Paul and Oscar come in to cook for us and it was like dining in a 5-star restaurant. The food was outstanding, and the service was flawless – they were so friendly and professional throughout.

The house itself was beautiful and well-equipped, making it the perfect base for a fun and relaxing hen weekend. Thank you to Celebration Cottages and your wonderful team of suppliers for helping to create such a memorable experience for all of us!

Highly recommend to anyone planning a special occasion with a group – we couldn’t have asked for more.

We have just come back from staying at the Flamingo Temple & Spa.
The process from start to finish was seamless. Celebration Cottages were professional, informative and helpful with anything we needed. I would definitely recommend and will use them again.
There was 26 of us on a hen do, we chose the pizza party package and the food was great. The chef was friendly and made the experience.

The place we stayed at was absolutely perfect! Clean, everything was high end quality, very picturesque and I just cannot fault it one bit. Check in was easy and we absolutely LOVED the disco room downstairs!

Wish we could do it all over again!

We booked our visit to the Sherwood retreat for our daughter’s 18th Birthday. We all had an amazing time. The venue was impeccable and perfect for a large group. The facilities were beautiful and practical with lovely hot tubs and a great basement nightclub for our dancing youngsters!
The hosts were very helpful and friendly.
We would recommend this venue and certainly book again.

We booked a hen doo package, at Horison house, pizza’s, afternoon tea, beauty treatments, 3 course private chef meal, and a cocktail class. Every member of staff for the activities were amazing, friendly & professional. The house was amazing! Plenty of room for 20 girls! Hottub, sports hall & disco room.. We made use of it all! The only downside is that our weekend is now over 😩😂

Great company from start to finish, we booked the botanic retreat for 16 people and had the most incredible weekend with an amazing cocktail making class included!

We have recently stayed at Horizon House in Huddersfield for a hen party. We had the pleasure of having private chefs Dom and Eva and they were absolutely phenomenal! We have had the best meal and service ever! They went above and beyond and the food was exceptional- thank you both so much for making our last night incredible!

We had a brilliant time at le maison royale. The host (David and friend) was amazing. He even emptied our Tesco shop for us! He made sure we were comfy and knew were everything was and how it operated.
Celebration cottages were easy to contact and deal with. I would 100% recommend them for a hen party!

The booking experience and stay with Celebration Cottages has been outstanding. It was for a hen do, and we chose a Sunday-Monday package. Comms were clear, the house was clean and the activities were excellent. We had a private chef (SO yummy) and treatments all included in our package and I felt it was excellent value for money. Would book again!

Botanic Retreat & Spa - 2night stay - 25 May 2025. My daughter friends and family stayed here to celebrate my daughter’s hen weekend. This is a beautiful luxury celebration cottage with lots of lovely flower walls for those extra special photos. We all experienced an 1/2 hour pamper together with 3 course meal which was lovely too and very well organised. Highly recommend for those special occasions. Thank you.

Booked a stay in luxe Wellness Retreat to celebrate my 60th birthday for 12 guests had an afternoon tea on date of arrival
Spa Treatments for everyone the next day and then a private chef prepared our evening meal. Wow what a fantastic time was had by everyone celebration cottages were so easy to deal with offered help every step of the way always easy to contact quick to respond to every question the house was beautiful the chef was so friendly food was delightful and the girls who provided our spa treatments were lovely really put everyone at ease thanks to all involved.

Disappointing Experience

There were no curtains on the windows, which meant no privacy — especially with bins placed right outside and people from nearby caravans looking in.

They kept our £500 deposit over a single shot glass in the pool, which we couldn’t remove because the on/off switch was disabled. We reported it, but no one came to help. Taking such a large amount for something so minor felt completely excessive and unfair.

The accommodation was dirty, with sticky floors on arrival. There were no cups, plastic glasses, or toilet paper provided. Overall, the place was poorly managed, lacked basic essentials, and the experience simply wasn’t worth the money.

I booked Flamingo & Spa in Lancashire for my sisters hen party. The house is beautiful and I found the whole process very easy to book and organise. Celebration Cottages communicated everything very well. They do have admin fees which I am sure can be avoided if you go direct to the owners of the house.

We booked the private chef through Celebration Cottages which was really well organised and easy to sort. My only issue was that they did not allow external suppliers which meant we weren't able to do some activities that we hoped we would have been able to do.
There was also no outdoor seating which I think would have been nice as we couldn't enjoy the outdoors as much.

Just got back from my sisters hen party, we stayed at Blossom Barn near Leeds.
The house was fantastic, beautifully decorated, it had everything you needed and beautiful location.
Only thing I would say could be better is the outside, there could be more outdoor seating, oh and is there a slight smell of the near by farms haha!
House smelt beautiful when we arrived and the cocktail making was great. The live singer was lovely but could have been a little more upbeat.
The kitchen had everything you needed.
The owner was great and celebration cottages were very helpful.
Would defo book again x
