Phoned direct to check details and stock then ordered from their own website rather than eBay. Order accepted and dispatch email received within hours. Next 5 days no arrival and tracking said had not yet left the company despite dispatch email! Rang after 5 days and was told they had the package label but had no stock of the advertised A+ quality item. After significant discussion passed to "manager" who said website was wrong and had been corrected. Eventually offered lower grade with £20 refund. Arrived 2 days later. The lesson is don't believe them and chase them direct on their number

I am very happy to purchase gaming PC.Every thing is absolutely fine...well packed and on tha time.Really appricate and I recommend to Purchase IT stuff.

Basically a scam company. Honestly, don't take the 5 star reviews for this site at anything more than bots or blatant fake paid for reviews. The awful quality of the website alone should be a red flag that they're not very legit.
And whatever you do don't buy a PC. Not only does the product not tell you a single specification relating to what's in the machine i.e. Motherboard: Yes. Wow thanks. But the parts they do use are VERY outdated and low end. Sure there are disclaimers that some things are refurbished, but you don't expect some cheap hardware that doesn't meet standards set by other cheap but reliable tech.
On top of all this, the "gaming PC" can barely game. Sure it can load up games and that's about as much as it can do to get that title.
I'd say you get what you buy from this place, but that would too much praise from here I think

These guys delivered quality refurbished laptop in record time. In fact, they even gave us -- at no extra cost -- a larger disk than we purchased. Their follow up was equally as fantastic.

Do not use this company, first brought a gaming pc for my son in October then had issues so they sent a replacement part then in December that one broke again so they sent a different pc (not the same as I ordered) now 6 months later this one has broken.... not responding to emails

I recently purchased a geobook 2e, and when I tried to activate windows 10 I discovered it have a activation key, then just one phone call to celebriumtech.com and I was sent a activation key within 10 mins.
Absolutely superb service.
And the laptop is working beautifully.

I ordered a mechanical keyboard that was on sale, I got a keyboard that was membrane and selling for less than the price I paid!...asked for help and have heard nothing!!

This is good.

Please do yourself a favour and avoid this company.Product adverts are misleading and designed to take advantage of people who don’t fully understand IT . They are selling second hand pieces of rubbish from boot sales wrapped in new plastic with flashy lights. None of the kit is capable of handling modern day gaming .

Excellent and quick service. Keyboard was damaged by delivery company, replaced it straight away arrived the following day. Couldn’t be happier
