I had a really disappointing experience with Celeste Boutique. The quality of the items was far below what was shown online, and the sizing was completely off. On top of that, shipping took way longer than expected with no clear updates.
The wrap blouse feels like something I could dress up or down which I love. I wore it with denim shorts today and felt like I put in effort even though I did not.
Ordered boots 2 Nov 25 took 15 days to arrive, packaged poorly, dont fit, smell of plastic and look awful. Paid £49.95 so suppose get what you pay for. Hadn't heard of them before so checked on here and they had a 4.2 rating but after the item arrived and realised the poor quality I checked back and I'm worried about the authenticity of other reviews as I found most users hadn't reviewed any other site.
Item arrived far smaller than the average UK medium, looked a bit scruffy compared to the online photos, very poor stitchwork and the only labels on the items saying "Made in China" so I went to request a refund. At the time of ordering and the time of writing this review there was no size guide to anticipate the size difference from a standard UK medium. I have emailed them 3 times using 2 different email addresses and haven't received any response, this is following their return policy that they state online. Over the weekend I intend to contact trading standards if they haven't replied by then.
Overall a product did arrive, it wasn't anywhere near the quality expected from the images online and they will not reply to any communication
