It is very difficult to return a product. You have to provide a lot of information (that they surely have all on file in the first place). They make it as difficult as possible to return any item that they promise is returnable.

While I like 2 of the 4 products I purchased, one arrived damages so I couldn’t use it and the other I need to exchange. So I’d give the blush stick an 8 and the lip gloss also an 8 (it doesn't stay on long).

I’ve been calling AND writing to Celeste to exchange both the item that was damaged as well as the one I ordered in error. It’s been a week now and I have not been given the courtesy of a return call, text or email. Kinda shady and will not order from them anymore.
