Good service, new battery seems to be working well so far

I was going to throw away my smashed Honor 10 lite, but had a quick look online to see if it was worth saving.

I eventually found Phone Doctor and have been delighted with their service. Great price, excellent communication and the phone arrived back good as new.

My Samsung S9 wasn't charging and I assumed I needed a new battery, but a quick consultation on the chat line informed me that the problem was with the charging port (i.e. half the price of a battery).
Sent the phone off and 6 days later (including a weekend and postage) my phone was back in perfect condition.

The replacement battery performed worse than the one it replaced within a couple of months even though it was prepared according to online guides.

They fixed my phone very quickly and the staff were polite

Great work at a reasonable cost. Only flaw was a need to prompt for updates but otherwise very good. Phone was returned securely packaged and fully operational.

Repaired broken glass on phone. Looks perfect now.

Took two Crafty+ vaporisers (worth £400) with the same fault, both deemed irreparable by the manufacturer in Germany. Expected to donate one in return for the other, repaired if possible.
Left the premises within 10 minutes with two functioning vaporisors and a £10 bill. Best Repair service in the Greater Manchester area that I know of and highly recommended.

Excellent all through. Found my son's iPhone 7 developed the Audio IC issue and I googled to find who could fix it. A few came up but I liked the Phone Doctor and they gave a good price on it. Sent the phone off by 5pm on Thursday first class and had it back through my letterbox on Saturday morning all working. Brilliant. Actually easier than taking it to a local place which also would have charged me 50% more even including shipping both ways. Definitely recommended.

It's great when things go right, but the true measure of a good business is how they deal with things when they don't always go to plan.
Tony was sent the wrong replacement screen for my Xperia and notified me straight away. Furthermore, he was very accommodating in returning my phone so I wasn't without crucial apps like my online banking while a replacement was dispatched.
The repair, of course, is perfect. It's like having a new phone again. Would not hesitate to recommend, and would definitely use again.

Just got my phone back from having a new Audio IC chip fitted and battery replaced (iPhone 7 plus) early days but it is working perfectly and the service was really quick and easy. Definitely recommend.

I was extremely nervous about sending my phone through the post so when it seemed to go missing on its return back to me panic set in. 2weeks after it had been posted back to me I still hadn't received it and royal mail seemed to have no clue as to where my package was. I contacted cell phone doctor who on first response just resent the tracking number and told me to check with royal mail (which I had done) and on 2nd response just told me to wait it out. After many stressful phone calls to the local sorting office and royal mail customer services I eventually found out the full postage had not been paid on my package. Very strange as I paid phone doctor for the return delivery. Royal mail had been trying to email phonedoctor but with no response. So without the run around I may never have received my phone back. Phone screen was fixed perfectly.

Very efficient and great price too. It was cheaper to send to the Phone Doctor than any of my local repair shops. Pleasant to speak to over the phone for any issues. Will definitely be using their service again if needed. Extremely happy. Thank you Phone Doctor.

Had Iphone 7 plus which needed IC card repair. I didnt want to be without a phone for long but neither did I just want to dump it and just buy another one. Sent the phone by royal mail on 20th September, paid for 1st class recorded return postage, and had the phone back in my hands up and running on 23rd September. How about that for service. Thank you - very impressed and SO much cheaper than a new phone & better for the environment.

Audio ic repaired and all good so far. It’s a bit early but they were straight forward and transparent. Let’s see how it fairs long term. Years warranty was the deciding factor for me and reviews were good. Happy!
