My iPhone 7 needed an audio IC repair.
Phone Doctor did it quickly at a good price, and communicated well during a delay caused by problems with Royal Mail.

I could not make phone calls from my iPhone 7 and could not make voice notes. A quick internet search indicated an ic audio repair required(ie soldering). Cellphone doctor offered this service for under £50 whereas close to £300 from apple. I paid online, printed invoice and placed in box with phone and posted to cell phone doctor. This was the day after Boxing Day. Got email to say phone dispatched 6 days later and received phone fully functional the next day in the post.

Familiar with iPhone repairs but couldn’t fix an IC chip issue. Spoke to Tony before I paid online to confirm I could get a fast turn around. Dispatched Tuesday afternoon, returned early Saturday. Great pricing, great service, iPhone is working perfectly again. Many thanks!

I have had my phone's charging port and battery changed on separate occasions. Both went well. Easy to communicate with, modest price.

This service was excellent, I would definitely recommend to others and use again myself. Great price, fixed my phone very quickly and did an excellent job of doing so. They also went above and beyond with the work I had paid to be done, by also reattaching a couple of parts of my phone that had come off, they did this with no additional charge. Which was so helpful and very appreciated by myself. I had good communication with Tony, who is the man who fixed my phone. He was fantastic at keeping me upto date with everything that was going on and got my phone back to in a timely manner. Tony's customer service was excellent. Definitely a 5 out 5 rating.

Excellent service on a no fix no fee basis. Took real trouble to make absolutely sure that my drowned iPhone (unfortunately) couldn't be repaired and gave advice on what to do next time, if a similar accident happens.

Contacted Tony re my iphone screen problems and had a very fast response. I called at his place when we arranged and the job [screen replacement] took just 30 mins. My phone now back to factory spec. - couldn't be happier. Courteous, quick and very efficient.
