Had a migration call today with Sherwin and everything was clearly explained. Happy with the product and its capabilities too

I bought the life time deal and noticed where they get you -- their monthly fees for their phone numbers are outrageous and their per minute charges are more than double the very platform they use to run their show, Go High Level - I am working on a nationwide roll out for my network and I'm glad I sat back and watched Centerfy and the way they do their business. One of my sub accounts got suspended for non payment - no notifications, no customer care, just suspended. So I reached out having switched debit cards multiple times to try and figure things out - asking them what happened and got a response that basically helped me understand they don't care about my concerns, they just want their money - no records, no explanation, just a generalized explanation of past due service charges. For an account I thought was dormant, my sub account is now being held hostage, but it gets worse, when I reached out to express that account should be dormant I was informed they liquidated my phone numbers --- for a company that revolves around phone numbers they should know that a customers phone number is their lifeline --- BOOM - GONE - no remorse. At the end of the day these guys might be great at setting you up so you can spend more than double for per minute usage, but their hearts aren't in it for the well being of their clients, they are in it for the money and it shows. Do yourself a favor - get your own Go High Level account and drastically reduce your costs and be in control of your business lifeline, your phone number, because these guys obviously don't get it.

I just had my onboarding call and Sherwin made sure I had everything I needed even though we started off bumpy with the zoom meeting due to technical issues, but he made sure everything I needed to set up my agent was there.

The customer service with Centerfy is excellent. They get back to you quickly and are very helpful. The new AI CRM they set up is really good and much easier to use.

The platform is nice, and the support is easy to reach. It is important to know that email hosting is not automatic with a domain transfer; you still need Google Workspace or Outlook, etc. But working with Mike in Tech Support has been very helpful. They overlay the GHL site and even offer AI VOICE.

There is some needed communication about sending out to clients content with multiple staff; responses do not go to the assigned user but rather a generic email-only address. This needs improvement and is perhaps more GHL than Centerfy.

Last, if you built your website previously on another platform, when Centerfy is holding your domain, they do not have masking unless you build on their site. UGGG. This common feature is not available. - YET?

Purchased an account about 16 months a go. The support team is good, they are some that are great. The platform works well. Voice Ai is good. You require to learn a bit if not familiar on how Ai works. I learned a lot in the process. I use it for 3 of my companies.

John Cabrera has been absolutely 10/10 throughout the onboarding process. It took multiple calls to get everything set up properly, and he was incredibly knowledgeable — not just about Centerfy itself, but also integrating it with GoHighLevel and explaining the different use cases relevant to my agency. He was honestly was the reason I chose to give them a try beyond a trial.

We ran into a few technical issues during setup that were on Centerfy’s side, but John stayed on top of it and coordinated with their internal dev team quickly to get things resolved.

That said, the platform already seems like a powerhouse tool with a lot of potential. I’ll update my review after using it more long term, but first impressions overall have been very positive.

I’ve been really impressed with Centerfy.ai. If you’re looking for a powerful CRM without the high price tag of some of the bigger platforms, this is a great alternative.

The value for what you get is outstanding — it has the core features you actually need without all the unnecessary complexity. Everything feels streamlined and easy to use, which makes a big difference when you’re trying to stay efficient.

What really stands out, though, is the customer support. Anytime I’ve had a question or needed help, their team has been quick to respond and genuinely helpful. It’s clear they care about their users and want to make sure you succeed.

Overall, Centerfy.ai delivers strong performance, great pricing, and top-notch support. Definitely worth checking out if you’re in the market for a CRM.

Subscribed from January 14 through May 14 at $500/month — $2,000 total. Actual platform usage over those four months: nine cents. Yes, $0.09.
Here's how that happened:
The first three months were spent building on what Centerfy's own team later told me was an outdated version of their platform that "wasn't up to par." They migrated me to a new system in April and asked me to start over. No credit, no acknowledgment, no offer to make the lost time whole.
The new system turned out to be built on retell.ai — which costs roughly 20-30x less to run directly and, in my opinion, is the better product in its own right. What Centerfy resells at $500/month can be assembled with retell.ai and a no-code stack for a fraction of the cost.
When I requested a refund — laying out the wasted months on the deprecated system, a family situation that pulled us out for most of April, and the negligible usage — I went in respectful, direct, and even told them I'd continue referring people regardless of the outcome. The response: no refund. They offered to cancel my account and give me one free month "if I came back."
Centerfy will likely point out that white-label accounts are excluded from their money-back guarantee. That's true. It also doesn't address the fact that I was building on a platform their own team admitted wasn't up to par for three of the four months I paid for.
The pattern: overpriced wrapper on someone else's tech, sunset the platform you sold customers without making them whole, then hide behind fine print to keep every dollar.
There are better and cheaper options. Look at retell.ai directly, or any of the dozens of voice-AI platforms that don't mark up someone else's infrastructure 20x.

AuraSync has had a great experience with Centerfy.ai so far. Big shoutout to Sherwin, Mariah, and Francis for the quick and instant support whenever needed. Having responsive support makes a big difference, and the team has been helpful when it counts. Appreciate the help and service.
