Great customer service
After chatting with the amazing customer service team they established the vacuum I was interested in didn’t meet my needs. They showed honesty and integrity and went above and beyond to help me understand what I needed to look for. Refreshing to receive this level of customer service!

CTS Hose & Fittings
I had seen through youtube videos the CTS vacumm hoses with various attachments so thought to buy. The price for the length of hose I went for + the attachments were well worth the cost. The hose is also more flexible than other branded hoses.

Great snap on connectors
Great snap on connectors, which connect straight to my Mitre saw and my orbital sander. My sander has the 8 holes on the pad and there is no sawdust escaping into the air.
