I’ve been using Centrix Nodes for a long time now, and they’ve genuinely been amazing. The hosting has been reliable, performance is great, and I’ve had very few issues throughout the entire time I’ve used them. Whenever I’ve needed help, the support has been quick and actually helpful.

Definitely one of the best hosting providers I’ve used. If you’re looking for reliable hosting with good performance and solid support, I’d 100% recommend Centrix Nodes.

I’ve had a great experience with Centrix Nodes. I currently have a quarter rack with them and have purchased multiple servers through Tanek, and the level of support has been outstanding.

He’s gone out of his way to help me numerous times, including waiving charges on things that would normally cost extra and saving me well over $100/month. Response times are extremely fast, and anytime I’ve had an issue, it’s usually been resolved almost immediately.

Their pricing is also very competitive. I genuinely haven’t found another provider that gives me this level of support, flexibility, and value for what I’m paying.

If you’re looking for colocation, servers, or someone who actually takes care of their clients, I’d definitely recommend Centrix Nodes.

I had made a ticket due to I had to cancel a service, Jayden H had answered my ticket and was very professional and handled my ticket quick and efficiently.

Had no issues everything worked well setup was decently quick I did run into some issues with their dedi panel however support was active and kept me updated all throughout the way. I honestly tried a few other hosts and was either overpaying or js had bad ddos protection but with centrix after they upgraded recently im seeing really good uptime and protection so I have no complaints. If you want a host thats gonna have good ddos protection and good support I would try them out

Great service, good performance, excellent customer support who pointed out my goofiness in development and were very nice about it, and overall I have 2 hosts with them that both run great. Though a couple of errors here and there, they are all user errors, not hosting errors.

My experience with CentrixNodes VPS services was extremely disappointing from start to finish. I originally chose the provider because the pricing seemed reasonable and the advertised features looked promising, but the actual service failed to meet my expectations in several key areas.

First, the VPS performance was inconsistent. There were periods where the server felt sluggish, and overall it didn't provide the level of reliability I expect from a hosting provider. For anyone running game servers, web applications, or other services that require stable performance, consistency is one of the most important factors, and I felt that was lacking.

The provisioning and setup process also took longer than I expected. While many hosting companies focus on making deployment quick and straightforward, my experience was the opposite. Getting everything configured and running smoothly felt more complicated than it should have been.

One of the biggest selling points advertised is DDoS protection, but in practice I did not find it particularly effective. The protection simply did not perform to the standard I was expecting. A host can advertise large mitigation capabilities, but what matters is how well the service holds up during real-world situations. In my experience, the protection was unreliable and did not inspire confidence.

Support was another area that left me unsatisfied. When issues occurred, I expected clear communication and prompt assistance. Instead, responses often felt slow, and the overall support experience did not match what I would consider professional hosting standards.

The platform itself felt less polished compared to other providers I've used. Basic server management should be simple, efficient, and user-friendly, but I frequently found myself spending more time troubleshooting and managing issues than actually using the service.

What ultimately pushed me to move elsewhere was the combination of poor performance, disappointing DDoS protection, and an overall lack of confidence in the service. Reliability is the foundation of any hosting company, and unfortunately, I never felt that reliability was there.

After switching to another provider, I noticed a significant improvement in server stability, network quality, and the overall user experience. Looking back, I wish I had made the switch much sooner.

Overall, based on my personal experience, I cannot recommend CentrixNodes VPS services. Between the inconsistent performance, underwhelming DDoS protection, slower-than-expected setup and support experience, and lack of overall polish, the service did not meet the standards I expect from a professional hosting provider. Anyone considering them should carefully compare alternatives before making a decision.

I am a colocation customer with CentrixNodes, not my first stop for colocation but when making the switch it was definitely worth it. If you are looking for a provider who is reliable and actually here to help a customer out, checkout centrixnodes.

Before transferring over I was very nervous making a switch, started at single colocation orders. To now renting out a quarter cabinet for my personal hardware.

The team here is very responsive, and you can tell everyone is proud to be in their positions. Customer support is perfect, and everyone on the team has a purpose for their position.

Overall, the centrixnodes team and colocation service is great. Would continue to use centrixnodes on all my future expansion within my project!

I was talking a text channel, and I was trying to dm someone and no one was answering and one of the executives had the dm's off so I can't dm unless I add them on discord and one of the executive times me out. I dm Richard to make a report against an executive and he said I had to wait until tickets are back up. Also, when I dm the owner he started saying I’m entitled and listen you are not entitled to anything. You are the only person taking this downtime this seriously when all of our other clients have more services than just bot hosting. While I do appreciate any client this does not entitle you to act the way you have been acting towards not only myself but my staff team. If you do not stop i will remove you from the discord. This is your only warning. Make a ticket when the tickets are up like everyone else and and I think your acting belligerent because your mad your bot is down and Again I will block you if you continue to cuss at me in my direct messages if you can't act respectful we will remove you from my place of business and end your ability to communicate with me and my staff. This isn't the first time you acted like this, and Nobody disrespected you. You disrespected my staff in client chat after they explained to you 4 times what was going on and yet you kept going. And go ahead we will just take screenshots and explain the situation like we did last time and doing the right thing you were acting belligerent to my team and other clients and that his executive team did nothing wrong. I dm Jaelen and he started saying I timed you out. Please stop going off at people in a public channel and going off on them when they are telling you to calm down. Report me I do not care but you are not going to disrespect other customers. We have told you multiple times. as stated prior please. We have not disrespected you at all. We just simply told you that this was planned a week ago. This move helps us make our systems more stable as the prior Chicago datacenter was very unstable and that network was out of our control. As stated before pay attention to the announcements channel and subscribe to our status page and also said No, That is how I treat people who are disrespectful to other people in my discord server like he owns the discord but he doesn’t and act like he does and he also said You are talking in a public discord channel. People are going to respond all they told you was to chill out and trying to relate to you and also said And I came back hostile, but you were the one attacking me? Wtf. This is the worst hosting company staff ever. Do not use them they treat their customer like crap and act like children and immature. Will be canceling my service and going somewhere else once their service is back online. There executive team an CEOs are a bunch of children and ban people from there discord. Do not use their services or ask for help. They treat people terribly. I have proof from DMs that the CEO and executive team treat people terribly.

As a ddos mitigation provider my company colocates with many different server providers. And I haven’t even started with them and thier response on the quote was amazing and acutely they understood what I was doing and looking to help me. I never had a sales chat and end up having them offer me an alternative that would make me pay less. Outstanding.

Honestly, i own multiple panels with this company. The Customer Service, the Panels, the Support, the Performance all out beats all other similar companies i have tried. The Chief Customer Officer, is amazing and i will 100% be staying with this company for the future!

Jayden H. was very great solved my game server issue fast and in a timely manner he was very helpful with other questions and things I had 10/10 he has always been helpful and fast at what he does
