My hands shake and I could never manage the little battery doors. These charge in the case.

In the house, in the car, on the phone, in a normal cafe, they're excellent and I'd happily give five stars. In a function room with a hundred people and a band on I still struggle. I suspect that is true of any hearing aid and possibly of anyone's ears, but I would rather say it than have someone buy them expecting different.

Which for me was non negotiable and is the reason I did NOT go for the behind the ear ones.

They are very good at amplifying everything but I am struggling with the size of the ear piece as it appears I have very small ears.

The hearing aids are certainly doing the job they were purchased for.The only minor problem that I have encountered is the actual fit in the ear.Any prolonged use causes some discomfort.Perhaps this is just a symptom of not having items in my ears on a regular basis.I have tried using different sizes of the included inserts,of which there is a good selection,hopefully I will find the correct ones in time.For the price,these hearing aids are certainly well worth the money.

She has been on her own since dad died and half the problem was she couldnt follow anyone on the phone, so she stopped ringing people. She rings people now.

Spent a lot of time researching before ordering. The hearing aids themselves work really well and sound is clear for TV and chats. But delivery took almost a week and the tracking link didn't update for 3 days. Product is solid once it arrives though.

Needed something straightforward for everyday chats and TV without going through endless consultations. Delivered fast, easy to put on, no weird echo or tinny sound. Very pleased.

Was a bit skeptical buying online instead of seeing a specialist, but these are fantastic. Sound quality is great and battery lasts all day no problem. Put them in and forgot about them.
