I had a great experience with CFS regarding my redundancy payments. The communication throughout the process was excellent—they kept me informed every step of the way, which made the whole situation much easier to manage. There was no hassle with paperwork either, just a few simple forms to complete. The outcome was especially positive for me, as I wasn’t entitled to company redundancy due to only having worked at the company for a year. CFS really made the process smooth and stress-free. Many thanks to CTS for concluding the protective award on behalf of myself and many of my former colleagues. It was a long process, approximately 12 months but each stage was coordinated efficiently, well explained throughout with realistic timescales applied at each stage, to not elevate our expectations too soon.
