Chain Reaction Jewellers Opiniones

I use this company regularly and their jewellery is 1st class .speedy delivery aswell highly reccomend them

Cheapest feeling chain, filled with kinks out of the packet essentially defective as far as I'm concerned, stiff and horrible tat. It would be forgivable if they offered refunds, but they make you pay the postage. There's a reason their prices are cheaper than the competition.

Made a very short notice purchase and needed it delivered quickly in time for a birthday. My jewellery arrived in the nick of time as Chain Reaction upgraded my postage for free after I contacted them. Very responsive to enquiries and the cross and chain was beautiful. Thanks

Great communication and responsiveness. Excellent seller!

Bracelet arrived on time smaller that I thought but thats down to me, however beautifully presented & engraved perfectly 1st time user but would highly recommend any queries answered on the day thank you

Very good delivery time. My ring was packaged well in a little gift box.
Received the free engraving on my ring which looks stunning & is exactly what I asked for. The ring itself fits perfectly. I’ve used this as a wedding/engagement ring as I worry about losing my expensive one. So for everyday wear this ring looks beautiful and is just what I was looking for. Many thanks. I would definitely recommend you as a company.

Well pleased with my product fast delivery also would recommend

Lovely piece of jewellery!
Would buy again :)

Returned to Chain Reaction Jewellers after a positive experience purchasing from them 2 years previously. I had ordered some 55mm gold hoops, at what seemed, a very reasonable price, but when I received them, they were clearly not the size I had ordered, which was reflected on the invoice. So I rang them and spoke to a member of staff about what I should do in this situation and was told I would need to send them back and that my postage would be refunded to me once they had received them.

After this I went onto the website to make sure that they were still available and found that all of sizes of the style of hoops that I had purchased had increased considerably in price so I was concerned that I wouldn't get what I had paid for and rang CRJ back. I need not have worried, as the same member of staff answered my call and assured me that the price I had bought them for would be honoured even though they were now showing as almost £150 more! Today I received my replacement which were exactly what I ordered.

All of this took exactly 7 days, from the day I ordered them to receiving the replacement today! And my postage was refunded as promised. Both of my purchased products are of great quality. No doubt I will be using this brilliant Jewellers again.

Amazing!!
Received my order for christening bangle which was beautifully made. From order placed it was very fast and efficient.
Thank you so much! Will be using this company again in future

The order came very quick, well packaged and the item is just beautiful

Love ❤️ it, perfect fit, bought this ring for a family keepsake gift for Myself ! Brilliant customer service and excellent delivery didn't have any issues, delivered on time and thank you 👍

Excellent service. I rang them and told them exactly what I wanted. Rang Wednesday, received next day. Beautiful necklace. I’m very happy.

I haven’t got a single bad word to say about this business. Incredible customer service and fast correspondence to any requests I made. My order was made exactly how I envisioned and delivery was very speedy (I ordered it yesterday and it came today!). Honestly couldn’t ask for more when ordering from a business online! Thank you very much :)

I'd previously given positive reviews on Etsy as I purchased a gold necklace twice, the first one broke which I assumed was my fault so ordered again and the 2nd one broke within 4 months. It had small, light pendants on it and was only worn a few times a month as I can't wear it at work. I messaged the seller who responded saying I can pay for repair. When I said this isn't good enough and a necklace shouldn't break in 4 months they ignored me. I'd avoid purchasing from this shop if you want it to last or receive customer service!

Avoid at all cost horrible experience.. Attitude terrible, Repair time Terrible,

I bought a beautiful ring for my 3 year old neice. It was perfect and she loved it. The price was great and delivery was well within timescale given. Definitely will be purchasing more from this company.

Always a pleasure to deal with Dan and the team at CRJ. They are friendly and helpful and send my orders out promptly. Very happy with this excellent service 👍🏼

Wow! Love it. The bracelets came before time limit and in a beautiful box packed nicely with small clear bags. The product quality is amazing, strong and looks very expensive. I am very happy with my bracelet. Thanks 😊
