jono & johno are great but auspost & startrack are a dissapointment they are slow and hopless. tracking system doesnt work. i suggest they change couriers. i paid good money for a fast turn around and got bad customer service from startrack and aus post. ended up buying genuine parts from the local stihl dealer

Delivered ahead of schedule (and in time for it to be used during a power interruption). The generator worked pretty much straight out of the box (once I'd made up an earth cable). Very easy to use and certainly meets our needs.

Chain adjuster
Chain adjuster came with a manufacturing imperfection, the alloy used in the threaded rod broke on the first use. Disappointed but philosophical, this is the first issue with a product after many purchases.
