Accurate and fairly easy to use
Respuesta de Jono & Johno
G'day Alan,
Thanks a ton for taking the time to leave us a review, mate!
Stoked to hear the chainsaw sharpener is doing the trick and keeping things accurate for ya. Nothing worse than trying to cut through wood with a dull chain, so we're wrapped to hear it's easy to use and good value for money.
Appreciate the support! Give us a shout if you ever need a hand with anything else down the track.
Poor quality pretty much un useable

Sorry to read this Rod - I have reached out to you via email to offer a hand.
Difficulty locking in degree of angle for sharpening.. 25deg or 30deg doesn’t line up exactly and moves slightly during sharpening. Other than that good product

I wasted my money. This device is so hard to use. I still have not been able to use it. (still in the box) Will warn all other possible users that I know. Thanks for nothing

G'day Greg, I'm sorry to hear you're not satisfied with your new sharpener. We are normally well known for our quality parts we are sorry we missed the mark this time. We are sending you an email to offer assistance, we want you to be happy with your purchase.
I've only use once so far and find it a lot better than the old way. Just had to get the right size file.

Thank you for your feedback! Next time, why not try one of our All-In-One file guides?
I have only used it a couple of times so I might figure out how to better use it but so far I'm a bit disappointed. Most of the product is metal but the piece holding the file at the correct angle is unfortunately plastic. I think the plastic is too soft to hold the angle when the file is moved back and forth. It easily jumps to 35 or 40 when originally set to 30. Should have been metal as well.
Not strong or easy to use was easier to sharpen by hand with one of the files and quicker too over all poor quality all over it is a shame as it's a good idea
GOOD VALUE
