We bought a reproduction wooden office chair which was on castors. The castors regularly fell out and as the chair was on a fitted carpet, they might not have been the best choice. However Chairclinic had a pack of 5 gliders, which were quickly fitted once I obtained an 11mm drill. The chair is now stable and glides over the carpet. Excellent service from Rebecca, who promptly answered my queries.

I ordered on Thursday and missed the deadline for next-day delivery, so expected to have to wait until Monday, but it arrived on Saturday. The quality seems good, and because the strut is a couple of inches longer than my broken one, my seat is at last at a comfortable height.

I'm looking for fabric to recover the seat of my (home) office chair. Looking at manufacturers online proved bewildering, and probably very expensive (ie more than a new chair). When I found the Chair Clinic website, all that changed - a good selection, some helpful hints and the offer to send samples, which I used. The samples arrived very quickly, and were exactly as requested, and sent free of charge! I haven't yet decided which I will order, but the order will definitely be with the Chair Clinic. The prices are good, minimum quantities just right for a single chair, and delivery charges reasonable.
