The Chair Clinic Ltd Opiniones

Not only were these people the only ones that could supply exactly what I wanted without ordering most likely the wrong part but backed it up with first class customer service rarely available today. There was a slight hiccup in the delivery process but their staff kept a daily eye on proceedings and came to rescue the order for me. Well done ladies - I think you know who you are. Deal with this company in the full knowledge I believe you will be well catered for.

Very positive customer experience. The website allowed me to raise a question about the part I needed and I received a very prompt response. The part arrived within the time line indicated when ordered. There were helpful ‘how to’ videos accessible from the website which enabled me fit the part quickly. This has brought my chair back to its original condition.

The has lift has given my chair a new lease of life. I have an expensive gaming chair and it always my a noise when sitting on it and I could never work out why. 3 years later the gas lift gave out, replaced it with a heavy duty one and the chair works better now and the noise had gone. Thank uou

Good replacement parts, exactly as described and required. Good communication and delivery. Would use again.

Prompt delivery goods supplied were as described. I am pleased with the service provided.

I bought this device to separate the chair from its base, as the rise/lower operation wasn’t working. We couldn’t separate the parts manually. This device worked perfectly, so we were able to fix the chair. Happy days 😊

The spare parts required for my human scape office chair were delivered on time and efficiently and fitted perfectly. Thank you chair clinic.

The gas-strut on my home-office operator's chair had been failing for some time, but it was out of warranty. And as there was nothing else wrong with it, replacing the entire chair seemed wasteful and expensive.

A brief internet search revealed the existence of the Chair Clinic and after taking the measurements of the faulty item and watching their helpful videos on how to change a defective gas strut, I ordered the new unit, which arrived within a few days of ordering.

I then followed the company's instructions on how to remove the faulty unit and fit the new one ......and hey presto, my chair is now operating perfectly once again, all for the cost of £31.80, including delivery!

I was really delighted with the the entire process, and so based upon my experience I would wholeheartedly recommend this company to others.

Very fast turnaround and delivery. Responsive to communications. Happy with product.

Items delivered quickly - exactly what we wanted - touch pricey but hey ho
