Excellent products and impressive customer service
I recently placed an order with Chakanabrand after discovering their clothing and really liking the distinctive, boutique feel of the brand.
There were a few bumps in the road with my order, and the experience didn't initially go as smoothly as either Chakanabrand or I would have hoped. This is a new emerging company and the issues faced are totally understandable.
However, what impressed me enormously was how Chakanabrand responded when the difficulties became apparent.
One of the partners personally became involved, took ownership of the situation and went above and beyond to put things right. Their communication was personal, open and genuine, and they made a real effort to ensure that everything was resolved properly.
The products themselves are excellent. Chakanabrand has a distinctive, premium boutique range and I think the brand has enormous potential.
Things occasionally go wrong in any business. For me, the real test of a company is how it responds when they do. Chakanabrand ultimately dealt with my experience exceptionally well and turned what could have been a disappointed customer into someone who would happily buy from them again.
