Team Chakshu is the best. Received my order today, Barton Perreira Joe 007 after a long wait. Very happy & satisfied with the product and the services provided by Team Chakshu. Eventhough it took nearly half a year to receive the order, mainly due to the covid-19 mess, I never doubted them and thanks to their constant updates & assurances thru email on the status of my order. Great service, above and beyond the normal
Great service, friendly people. I called to confirm the item was as described and they immediately sent pictures of the item an alternative products. Definitely a great place to buy eyewear

In your case this was a pre-order item and as such the projected date of release was pushed back by the manufacturer and therefore it is out of our control. Great customer service
Surbhi was very helpful when the item I purchased was held up in Canadian customs... she was able to get information from the Royal Mail and kept in touch via email. And the glasses themselves are spectacular, no pun intended.
