Pretty much the same as there others..

I see the the company has been responding to people on this site, but not to emails sent to Thier address or Facebook. So I'll try complaining here aswell. I ordered Dec 11th, unlike alot of others I did receive a shipping email the next day. The tracking info I was provided was giving me no package info on any tracking site. I have reached out to confirm if my package has been lost like alot of others twice by their support email and one through Facebook Messenger. It's been well over a week and have heard nothing back. I'm hoping someone from the company sees this, my order number is #4962

Horrible company

Horrible company. I ordered the bottle on dec 15th. I never received any emails containing my tracking number and they just ignore me. I sent 5 emails and still no response. This company is a SCAM, beware. Will be calling my bank and canceling payment.

I got a email this morning (Jan 13) saying my package is shipping out. I'll keep this updated.

(Jan 30) Finally got my bottle! This thing is truly amazing. Horrible customer service. Unfortunately, I Will not be doing business with them again though.

No product, no communication and no refund

My tracking Info shows the product was retuned back to sender. I ordered the product 12/06/19 I have emailed multiple times no response when I left a comment on Instagram they blocked me and deleted my comment. No refund no product no communication they are a scam dont buy go on etsy they have them and for a better price! Oh and today is 01/06/2020

If I could give negative stars I would... but then they would owe me a bottle and stars...

Apparently this site has horrible communication with it's customers. I should have read these reviews prior to me placing an order. I placed an order on December 13th, reading that people who placed orders at the beginning of November have yet to get current communication in regards to their order has me angered that my order will end up just like their order. I too have reached out to their "support" email and have only gotten a link to a site that requires a log in...which the customer does not have. I have requested my money back via email... nothing. This dog and pony show of a "Business" is a mess. A generic response is not what any of us are looking for so please do not tell any of us, "we did not mean to ignore you"... obviously you did if you did not respond when we emailed you. Do not apologize, do better... an apology does not put a bottle in my hand nor does it put MY money back in MY account. At this point I'm going to have to swallow the whole crystal to balance my energy from dealing with this "Business"... that's if I ever get my order. Also, they'll delete comments on their Instagram posts when questioned about orders or shipping... if you have time to delete a comment on Instagram, you have time to respond to your paying customers emails.

Wonderful product, but communication needs improvement

Order update: I received my bottle and extra crystal soon after posting this review. I reached out multiple times and let them know if I do not hear back I will be contacting someone to report them. They responded that day. My product had shipped and was due for delivery that same day. Apparently they did not have an email on file to send a shipping email, but I did get a confirmation email and order number. The bottles I received are wonderful! And honestly if it wasn’t for the mess up in the shipping email I would not have worried at all. I received my product about a month after I ordered which is a reasonable shipping window around Christmas time in my opinion. The bottles themselves are amazing and I will order from them again. They just need to do better with their customer service and communication. Just be more patient as they are a small company but it is worth the wait.

I ordered a bottle and an extra Chrystal on December 8th 2019. It has now almost been a month I have not received any notice that it has shipped. I have contacted them for the second time with my order number. I really hope they respond. I never review anything but the lack of communication is terrible. Especially when it took them zero time to charge me for the product. Seems like I’m not the only person suffering from this.

Nothing received

I ordered my bottle amd extra crystal on Dec. 12 amd i got a confirmation the same day my order had shipped. I thought that was weird but it was fine, but the tracking number didnt work and still doesnt work three weeks later and have not received my order that was a Christmas present. I have reached out to their team on every platform they have except twitter and have still received no response. HIGHLY disappointed.

still no Information ..

Even though their products look amazing and high end, I‘m very dissapointed with the customer service. I‘ve ordered one bottle and an extra stone (around 90€) on the 30th of November so it would get here for Christmas. It has not arrived yet and I have absolutely no information if it even shipped already. I‘ve reached out countless times and asked for information and help and the only response was if I could give them the ordering and tracking number. I did that immediately and never heard back then. I do hope it still arrives because it was meant as a present and I‘ve spent a lot of money on it!
EDIT: My bottle finally came!! It arroved after 2 months! So I‘m happy about that but Chalazias really has to work on communicating with their clients.

Horrible customer service

The customer service is really bad. I ordered two bottles a month before christmas, but I never got an email saying it shipped. So, I messaged them and they said it shipped and would be here in 10 days. It's been 30 days and I haven't gotten anything. So I've emailed them 3 times, where they made a ticket for me and said i would get a reply in at least 48 hours. However, 2 weeks later I got no reply and when I click on the link to check my ticket it say I need to sign up. When I sign up it takes me to login and asks for a password, but I was never made to create a password. I put forgot password and it said I wasn't authorized to use this portal. I emailed them again asking to cancel and get a full refund, but haven't got a reply. So save yourself the time and money, don't buy from this company.

Out of business??

Im starting to think this company went out of business. I ordered something 3 weeks ago and have not received it. I have emailed and tried the chat for the past 2 weeks. No reply ever. I'll be disputing my credit card charge if I dont hear back soon.

I would give no stars if I could. I ordered about $100 worth of items on Dec 19th, 2019 and it has yet to even ship. I have also reached out multiple times with no reply. On the last email, I requested a refund, no reply. They said 7-10 days to process and ship, which didn't happen. They also said up to 48 hours to reply to a ticket, didn't happen. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere, because this company will take your money and pretend you don't exist. I never review anything, but made this account just to warn everyone.

Poor customer service

I ordered a bottle on december 16th it is now december 30th which is 2 weeks not 3-7 days like the site says. and It has not been shipped i have not been sent any updates. I've emailed customer service 3 times with no reply very frustrating.

Never received my order 4484 30thNovember

Unfortunately, I bought two bottles on line one month ago (Order 4484 on 30th November) under the name of Veronica Arganda and i did not receive it yet... i can understand delays... but what i think it should not be aceptable is that i politely tried to contact this company during weeks: by mail, instagram,facebook and also through their own website just to have some kind of feedback from them with the status of my order and they NEVER replied to me... so i Start thinking that they are not serious... it’s really unfortunate that i trust them...
Please you have all my order details again here so kindly let me know the status of my order or refund my money into my bank account since it was a Christmas present and honestly it does not make any sense anymore to still waiting... this thing is causing me too much energy and I am really tired. Please be a professional Company and give me a solution.

In love with this bottle!

I found Chalazias on instagram and fell in love with these beautiful, best quality bottles. I bought the one with the amethyst and it was perfect, arrived on schedule!
They are very helpful and if you need any information they reply immediately.
I will definitely buy from them again!

Poor service!

Ordered a bottle from the website as a Christmas present for my wife. I wondered why i did not hear anything- no updates. Wrote an email to customer service but all I got was dead silence. Several days later i wrote a message via the messaging service on the website but the response I got was so non informative. The person could not give me any information regarding my order.

This experience have been somewhat dissapointing. I still dont know anything. My order still has status "processing".

Edit: Thank you for the response. I'll give you another star for the quick response here and one more if the process runs smooth from here and I recieve my product. Merry Christmas :)

Edit, january 6, 2020, 3 weeks after order: tried to Contact the Companys several times. Dead silence! This is beyond redicolous. It Is so unclear to me how a business can be run like this. I do not expect to hear anything nor get my €65 back!

Bottle missing and no answer at all

I’ve made a purchase (a rose quartz bottle) 10 days ago for which I received a confirmation e-mail. The next day I got a new email informing the order status was in “processing” and a tracking number (#LL908069410CN). But all I’ve got with this track was a message saying the order doesn’t exist. I send a message to the the customer service to check if there is something wrong and never got an answer. I recommend DO NOT buy any product with this company.

No response. Shipping takes forever.

I have spent $62 on a bottle and a necklace. It was been almost 2 weeks and I have not received any shipping information and no one has responded to my emails for order #4849. I would like to cancel my order before it is even shipped at this point, but again, no one is responding to my emails.

From the UK and each bottle cost £45…

From the UK and each bottle cost £45 when exchanged. The company is European, the delivery is from China and they charge in dollar. £45 for a product that is on AliExpress for £7-£12 and a delivery of 30 day plus 7 day process. Would have just been the same as purchasing direct from AliExpress. Do not purchase from them. As soon as the money had come out my bank I contacted them to cancel only 3 days after ordering and they would not let me. £90 odd for 2 items I could of got for about £20 on AliExpress. Disgusting!
