Been waiting on my order or a response
I placed an order on June 30 and have not been given any updates on anything. I got an email that said it shipped and no tracking info and it’s been about 5 days and have tried contacting them with no response.

I ordered my crystal bottle on June 22nd and I have not received anything regarding its shipping and/or delivery status. I contacted "Emma" on your message board, however, I never received a reply. I am concerned and starting to believe that I was scammed.

I ordered my bottles almost three weeks ago and have yet to receive a tracking number. When I reached out to customer service my messages are often ignored and I’m beginning to feel like this is a scam!

I completely fell in love with their beautiful bottles! It took time to arrive but they are so much cheaper than the brands in physical shops, well worth it! ❤️

Excellent!
I really love this idea. My water is full of nice positive energy now, and it really shows on my dayly emotional state. Stones benefits (specially amethyst) are known since ancient times, and now, in the XXI century, we are re-descovering them!
They are very nice with their customers aswell 😊

Excellent website with a wide range of products. Quality follows price and I think they have the best bottles in the world! However the delivery time made me take one star out because it tends to be a bit long (14 days).
