I purchased a silver JP trumpet from Chamberlain Music, as it was listed as available. After not receiving a dispatch notification for a couple of days, I contacted them and spoke with Jon, who was incredibly polite, supportive, and informative. It was revealed that there had been a mix-up, and the box labeled silver actually contained a lacquered trumpet.They earnestly apologized and promised to order the correct trumpet for me. Though initially a bit let down, I realized their price was unbeatable online, so waiting for the correct item seemed worthwhile — and I’m thrilled that I did!After five days, the correct trumpet was delivered, and I’m extremely satisfied with the experience. Errors can occur, but their outstanding customer service and friendly demeanor truly stood out. I'm certain I'll choose Chamberlain Music again in the future.

It turned out that the box labelled “silver” actually contained a lacquered trumpet by mistake.

They apologised sincerely and let me know they would order the correct one in for me. While I was a little disappointed at first, they had the best price online for this trumpet, so I felt it was worth the wait — and I’m glad I did!

The correct trumpet arrived after five days and I’m really happy with the service overall. Mistakes can happen, but their excellent customer care and personable approach made all the difference. I’ll definitely use Chamberlain Music again.

Bought a CD 60 fender which should have been delivered by FedEx on Fri. Then again on Mon. Turns out FedEx had put down wrong address. Called John the sales manager at Chamberlain music. and it was sorted within half an hour. Great service👍👍 They were also the best price for guitar. Magic !!!

Called them on Tuesday late afternoon as I suddenly realised I didn’t have a music folder for a concert in the coming week. V helpful on the phone and delivered first thing Thursday morning. Price v reasonable and quality good. Will use them in future for other purchases for my viola

Delivery driver, would not unload pallets , I had to handball off £1500 off music gear. I'm now left with two pallets and all the packaging. Not impressed. Rang and complained and basically they are not interested. Won't deal with this lot again
