Worst delivery service ever
Had a delivery from Champion Timber in New Malden on Friday 17 of July 2021. The driver left everything on the pavement and because it was s 3.6 mm ply the wind blew it all over a busy road in central London. The lady which manages the offices, rang me to let me know that she wasn't happy with my shopping choice and had to one of the guys in the offices for help. Rang the branch and David told me that a lady I think she is the transport manager was going to ring me shortly. Waited all day, rang them back, Jack told me she had gone home and he was going to leave a note. No has rang back. Having done business with Champions for years their delivery service always has been rubbish. I have never understood their delivery service. Until they get prosecuted for leaving things wherever they can, they will never learn. I don't think they even have a customer service.

Really, really helpful staff in Bromley
I only use the Bromley branch so cannot comment about elsewhere. The staff in Bromley are so helpful and patient with keen DIY builders who need advice before buying. I really cannot speak highly enough about this branch!

Excellent customer service
I like to say how please I was with the staff at champions chessington branch .
Excellent customer service they were very helpful and polite and friendly. The manager was very professional and explained what I needed .
I certainly will recommend this branch

Bunch of clowns!
This company wanted £50.00 to delivery 4 x 1.2 metres of Ogee architrave to Reading! Apparently they couldn't put it in the post - they'd have to "hire a van" to deliver it. Total p*ss take!

Hello Sharon, unfortunately, this is just the way that we operate. We have a fleet of vehicles that cover the local area for free delivery, anything outside of this area is chargeable. In addition to this, putting 4 x 1.2m lengths of moulding into the post would be both impractical and most likely end in damages in transit, therefore this is why we suggested hiring a courier to deliver this order.

Can't fault Champions. The staff are always super helpful and carry out their jobs with a smile. Definitely recommended.

Really good, for even the cheapest decking.
