Home page sometimes doesn't load the actual home page. It loads a page that only shows recent wins by players on the site. I have to reload the page for it to load the actual home page . The 100 minimum deposit is also not something I like . My balance sometimes doesn't update also at first.

The gameplay on casino games /slots seems normal, although sometimes it's slow. This could be my phone but I don't have the issue on other sites .

I have never even been able to use my account. I tried to make a purchase and was told to contact support. They said my account was restricted and won’t tell me why. I play on over 20 platforms so I’m very aware of the terms and conditions and that you can only have one account etc., and I’ve never had this happen before. It is available in my state as confirmed by them. They won’t give me any info and just basically told me to kick rocks. Guess I’ll take my money elsewhere 🤷‍♀️

Terrible. I used to recommend chanced on my other reviews for competitor sweepstakes casinos, but they've removed all of my promotions for no reason. I'm going through and adjusting those reviews now.

I can honestly say this , out if the many many online casinos I've played , has paid more often than any other and the redemptions have been reasonably quick as far as online social casinos go

Excellent fast payouts, but wins vs losses ratio leaves much to be desired.

Chanced has a good assortment of table games, a fair amount of special offers, and fairly fast redemptions. Spinquest is faster and does not require $100 minimum redemption, but they limit redemptions to once per day and have fewer special offers. Mcluck has the best special offers and VIP program but fewer games and the longest redemption process (also the one with the least requirements)

Overall, Chanced falls right in the middle and I enjoy playing there. Reduce the redemption requirement, make the VIP benefits better and easier to access, and maybe a few more special offers (but they are getting better already) and you'll be the number 1 online casino by a mile.
